I like being able to email you. It is sometimes easier than actual calling because my day is usually very busy.

We always have a great experience with all of our furbabies at Premier. All the staff are incredibly kind & genuinely care about the furbabies. It also means alot that they care about your wallet, and make sure to tell you the price of things & explain options instead of just breaking the bank.

I always look forward to taking Ulanna for her visits. The staff is so friendly and helpful as are the vet techs. Dr. Letarte always does a great exam and answers all my questions.

Love this clinic! Got in and out in the quickest time ever. They still took all the time we needed. Great job! They are also good at not pushing shots or procedures unless I am comfortable with them.

Everything was explained and asked before I agreed to anything. I was very pleased with the service.

My cats Bella and Mia were there for getting 3 shots. Both of them are very quiet and not moving around much and not interested in eating eating either. Could this be a reaction to the shots?

Dr Johnson was very kind and helpful, even when my dog was not being very cooperative.

I’ve been bringing my pets to PVC forever. I’ve never had a bad experience with the care my pets receive. They always tell you the price of vacs, tests, etc…I really appreciate that. Thank you for taking such great care of my pets!

I was impressed with the excellent service during my visit. There was very little wait time and the staff appeared to have a definite concern for Izzy! Would strongly recommend y’all for vet care!

More compassion towards the fur babies owners. Possibly, more advice on how to care for animals with illnesses and/or suggestions on how to treat animals with fleas.

I used to love bringing my dog in but through the years it has gotten to where you do not take time with the appointments it is more how many has been seen.
