Just felt like they cared more about bringing in money than the long term care of my pet. First time I e felt like that there.

Dr Hatcher spent a lot of time with my dog and told me what to expect.

My dog needed surgery and I couldn’t afford to pay the whole bill so Premier worked with me to give her the surgery and helped me with payments. Everyone at Premier is so very nice and caring. I’ve been going there for years. I used to live close by but I moved to Nashville but my pets will always be Premier pets. It’s worth the drive to make sure my sweet girls are being cared for by the best. Thank you Premier for always being there for me and my family!

My dog was very nervous & didnt want anything done to her , Molly did a great job holding her & getting everything done. Dr.Catron was also patient & got her exam done even though Kaia was acting awful ! They both were very patient & kind even though my dog was not cooperating.

The only thing was I had surgery on my foot and I couldn’t sit in the Lobby. But they did say I could wait in my car and they would call me.

Could not have been more appreciative of the service and care provided. From the moment I walked in I felt I came to the right place. Can’t thank them enough for what I’m sure was saving my beagles life. This was the only facility who could take her to operate right away. Very thankful.
