Very friendly

My appt was for comparison studies on my dogs back and hind legs. I did not get to talk with the vet about the results. When I asked about the comparison a tech came out and showed me two X-rays. She tried to explain it but I had many questions and no vet to talk to. Her 2024 visit was concerning her right leg and hind end. The 2025 visit never mentioned that and the tech said it was 2 years since the last xray but it wasn’t. Were those my dogs X-rays? Was she confused with a different patient? Was her right leg still showing issues? Not enough reliable communication.

Always good that is why I keep coming back. The techs are so good with my crazy dog. I have to give her 1/2 a trazadone about an hour before her appt. She has a very strong personality.

I was late to my appt for a re-check, trying to get away from work on a busy day, called them ready to pay for a no show.. and they said to come on. and still got my girl looked at. Very nice people.

I’ve been coming here for a very long time and consider them the best.

I waited for over an hour to be seen (with an appointment). While I was told up front and apology was given, the wait time was excessive for a routine visit. I believe I was there almost two hours.

Waiting time to be seen was almost an hour past appointment time, however staff informed me at check-in about the delay.

Appt was at 345 didn’t leave until 430. Very disappointed this time. Thorough knowledge and usually very friendly staff.
