Very sweet and compassionate staff. Genuinely kind. Always appreciate the care they give to my dogs.

I waited for over an hour to be seen (with an appointment). While I was told up front and apology was given, the wait time was excessive for a routine visit. I believe I was there almost two hours.

Waiting time to be seen was almost an hour past appointment time, however staff informed me at check-in about the delay.

Appt was at 345 didn’t leave until 430. Very disappointed this time. Thorough knowledge and usually very friendly staff.

Wonderful vet! Doesn’t take advantage of people trying to care for their pets by price gouging. They were very professional, super nice and very attentive. I’m so impressed with this vet, I’ll be switching to them from a vet I’ve been going to for 38 years! Excellent care! Blessed to have found such a gem!

Came here with an emergency for my pup. They took us back quickly and checked her out. She needed surgery. It was done that day, she came back home same day. Everyone was very understanding. Follow up visit was great too.

I waited for an hour and had to arrange for someone else to pick up my daughter from camp because of it, and then the actual visit with the vet was only a few minutes long. This is not usually the case so maybe it was just an off day
