it seems to be the norm when you call the office, they automatically put you on hold. I witness this also when I am waiting to be seen. Put people on hold for no legitimate reason.

It was our first visit to the clinic and we were SO pleased! Everyone was so kind and patient and informative. (I only ranked the billing procedure question low because I just paid the bill. Nothing was explained, but I didn t ask questions either.) I am so happy we chose Winthrop VH!

The technician who first came into the room was arrogant and bordered being rude. I would not allow her to touch my dog again. Everyone else was wonderful as always.

I have been here a while back with a puppy that was very sick was impressed with the staff then. This is my daughters vet and now my son s dog very clean and pleasant Thank you

I wouldn t take my pet anywhere else!!!

Blood work is so expensive and required so frequently, even for an older dog on medications. It makes it difficult for us because we love our dog, but don’t have lots of extra money (3 young Children).

It is really a great feeling to take a loved pet to a vet that you know you can trust and they like your pet as well. My cat, Lioness, had a great visit. She was told she was beautiful, soft and a good girl. All the things she likes to hear.
