Benny needed fasting labs. The first appointment of the day was at 9:30, difficult to wait so long. I expected to hear later that day about results and plan but didn t get called until the next day. I usually get great service and explanations so this wasn t quite up to par.

I received a voicemail from an Emily checking up on koda to make sure he was feeling better since his previous visit. They genuinely care about the animals and it shows. I couldn’t have picked a better place to bring my fur baby to!

Very professional and knowledgeable staff, I felt very comfortable leaving our young kitten for a hernia surgery. She came home just as happy and content as she left! Thank you so much for the wonderful care you gave her.

Really amazing care *and* follow-up. I got a couple of phone calls, both detailed, about my dog Jordan s blood results. I really wish I could get this kind of care as a human!

While I realize that everyone is busy, I did not appreciate that the vet could not spend time with me because, as she told me, I can t do that right now. I m behind two patients . As a new client at your facility, I did not need to hear her issues. If she can t stay on time then she should not book them so close together. I will return, but not to see her.

I found the staff to be wonderfully helpful. When we arrived we were greeted by someone from the front desk who asked if we could wait until a dog that was in the waiting room was in a room due to the dog being rambunctious for the elderly couple to handle. I thought this was a wonderful considering we too had a large dog who is anxious when he goes there, which prevented a difficult situation for both parties. Thank you for the wonderful service.

I have brought my dog Moxie in for 11 years, and this time (as always) they were awesome with her, including the price of her medications. I was almost shocked at the price when checking out. I m so grateful the Dr.s and staff were attentive to me, considerate about the price, and I wouldn t go anywhere else!

Thanks for getting us in. I know it was a really busy day but our cat just needed a quick look-see and the actions and recommendations made seem to have made a dramatic turnaround in her well-being.

We was very happy with the care Cocoa got Dr. Bryant and the staff was wonderful. never once did we feel rushed. everyone made a bad situation. a positive experience Thank you all. In our book Dr.Bryant is the best of the best you can tell he has a great love for animals.

Chloe was given her shot in her back leg, which I d not seen before. Usually it is given in her neck. She was really lame until the next morning.

We have not received our rebates and fell the customers should send them in in stead of the clinic
