Response to our emergency was wonderful. I called, described the dog s injury, was told to bring him right in. He was seen right away and back home, bandaged, within a short period of time. I am very appreciative of Winthrop Vet s great care and obvious concern for our animals.

it seems to be the norm when you call the office, they automatically put you on hold. I witness this also when I am waiting to be seen. Put people on hold for no legitimate reason.

as always you all are the best.it is always great to have our dogs have the best care .

It was our first visit to the clinic and we were SO pleased! Everyone was so kind and patient and informative. (I only ranked the billing procedure question low because I just paid the bill. Nothing was explained, but I didn t ask questions either.) I am so happy we chose Winthrop VH!

The technician who first came into the room was arrogant and bordered being rude. I would not allow her to touch my dog again. Everyone else was wonderful as always.
