Chloe was given her shot in her back leg, which I d not seen before. Usually it is given in her neck. She was really lame until the next morning.

I have been going to this office for years and it s always a pleasant experience. The staff are always friendly and very helpful..the only thing I d change is rigging the scale so my cat looks ten pounds thinner. Always excellent and professional service...thank you

The front said the dis temp shot was included and then the other lady in the room said it wasn t. That was a shock considering we just went through how much a third would cost me at the next visit. That made me have to rethink everything that I had for a plan.

I messed up and went to Windsor and you still accommodated me with an appointment 15 minutes later than what was scheduled. I knew Sasha had an infection of some kind. I appreciate having the convenience of the hospital only five minutes from my home with such caring staff and doctors. I totally trust them with the care of my animals that I feel are like my children. Would recommend this place to anyone. Great job.

Special thanks to Dr. Sheridan for clipping our kitty s nails. We did wish we could have gotten an appointment a little more quickly for the kitten we found. We just couldn t keep her isolated from the other cats for three weeks.

We feel like are dogs (all 3 of them) are cared for very well by all the staff. We moved to Winthrop Vet Hospital because of Dr. Barengo, and we are so glad we did. We feel like she knows our pets. She saw our elderly beagle when she wasn t scheduled to, and because she knew her well, and is of course a great vet, was able to determine what was wrong immediacy. Thank you! We have also seen Dr. Bonte, Dr. Sheridan and we were really happy with the care they provided. We felt like our pets are their pets and not just another appointment.

Staff are quite attentive and are quite helpful. Dr. Bryant is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain next steps and administration of meds.

Everyone was very friendly and upbeat and very sweet to our cat. Dr. Berengo was wonderful -- helpful, professional and answered all of our questions -- and most important, genuinely seemed to like our cat. Very good visit!

Receptionist refuses to fit in other pets owned for appointments, and says all questions need to be called into the vet.
