I am very happy that I chose Winthrop Veterinary Hospital to care for our cats. Any questions or concerns are always answered and I never feel rushed. Everyone is always warm and welcoming and treats your pet like it was their own.

While we were waiting, there was a (scared) dog just barely under its family s control, and it made me very nervous. There were probably five dogs in the waiting room at the same time. We stepped out until it was our turn and someone came & got us, but I think ideally that family would ve waited in a separate room.

I had to wait a bit in the patient room, but it was fine.

I never gave 5 stars because nothing is perfect. There s always room for improvement.

My dog is 7 and has had some health issues at a fairly young age. I have always felt confident in Dr. Bonte’s care. She listens to my explanation of symptoms and then by means of tests and what I’m sure is a lot of time spent on research she reaches a conclusion to the best of her ability. Then she usually calls me and explains in detail her findings and is willing to answer my many questions. I greatly appreciate her help in doing all she can to keep my dog as healthy as possible. If it wasn’t for her, I’m fairly sure our beloved dog would not still be here. Thank you Dr. Bonte!
