My dog is 7 and has had some health issues at a fairly young age. I have always felt confident in Dr. Bonte’s care. She listens to my explanation of symptoms and then by means of tests and what I’m sure is a lot of time spent on research she reaches a conclusion to the best of her ability. Then she usually calls me and explains in detail her findings and is willing to answer my many questions. I greatly appreciate her help in doing all she can to keep my dog as healthy as possible. If it wasn’t for her, I’m fairly sure our beloved dog would not still be here. Thank you Dr. Bonte!

I postponed getting in so we could see Dr. Sheridan specifically. Our appointment was assigned to a new vet we hadn t worked with before. She was helpful and understanding, and the appointment went fine. I appreciated her disclosure of test pricing beforehand. Still, only Dr. Sheridan and Dr. Bryant are familiar with our sleddog operation and care practices, having worked with us for 18 years. They know our family and have coordinated end of life plans for many of our dogs. We chose WVH before moving here with our teams in 2001, due to Bill and Mary s reputation as excellent sleddog vets. I was very happy with the service my girl received. Everyone was so thoughtful and reacted so positive towards my girl. She is usually a terror but she behaved like a lady I believe because everyone was so nice and showed her lots of love and attention. She wasn t frightened at all and I was surprised. While I was very satisfied with the services you provide, I admit I am somewhat appalled by the cost of them. Also, as to this survey, I couldn t make the stars stay checked. most of them simply turned yellow again after being touched. Finally mastered it...

RE: Staff friendly and helpful. I was attended to by more than one staff. One was very friendly, a little knew maybe the other okay but. And it is difficult to put a finger on it but some are just naturally more pleasant, others while pleasant, the pleasantry comes across as more forced, not natural. On leaving at the end of the day both were naturally pleasant.

I did think the wait time for my appointment was long. I had a 9am appointment. I was 10 minutes early. I didn t leave until 9:45. A tech took my dog for maybe 5 minutes to draw blood. I saw the veterinarian for maybe 6-7 minutes. The rest of the time I was sitting and waiting. And that s no fun with a nervous, upset dog. I would like to commend the vet tech who did my dog s teeth cleaning. She was so nice and helpful. The last time I had my dog s teeth cleaned I felt the tech was a bit judgemental that I had not taken better care of his teeth. The one this year listened to me and offered helpful suggestions. My dog doesn t like to be messed with. He is often muzzled at your office. It is not easy for me to clean his teeth. I have bought all the products you have suggested. Ora-vet, CET dent chews, water additive, pet toothpaste. I have tried and that stuff isn t cheap. Don t judge!! I m not a bad pet owner. The tech I had this year listened to what I had to say. I also mentioned he is food aggressive so he just bolts the Ora-vet chews down. She understood and recommended concentrating on the water additive instead.

A positive experience overall. I had a terrible experience last year with a very rude technician...I asked the desk person to be sure that person would not interact with me or my dog. Another tech was assigned who was fine with me and my dog. Dr. Bonte is always wonderful. I always appreciate that your clinic is available for me and my dog, especially Dr. Bonte.
