All of the staff is wonderful. They talk to Jade and keep her calm, don t act scared of her at all. That is a huge plus!

Dr. B carefully explained every thing I was concerned about. She does not push, she explains and gives me the chance to decide for my pet. Her Tech s are so helpful. She actually walked out with me and helped me get my pet in my car.
