Our experience with your facility was one of the best we have had with any vets over the years. The office was very clean. The entire staff including the doctor was professional and friendly. Best office ever!!! If we have an issue, we always get in or get help over the phone. Dr Sally has the kindest, most gentle and loving heart. There isn’t a person here who doesn’t belong. They are always smiling and so welcoming. We love it here.

After initial phone call, I waited over an hour for a call back. I placed a second phone call only to go straight to a recording. On my way to work I stopped and asked to purchase meds to break cats fever.The receptionist went to ask vet and i was promptly turned down. Only then was I able to obtain an appointment the next day..

We called the morning we went to Northpoint with a sick cat. I told them the problem we were having with him not eating.They got him in right away and took very good care of the issues he had. Our cat is doing very well now, he was a lot better the next day and continues to improve.

This is a great veteran clinic. Dr Sally has always be super nice and takes time with the animals. She is very kind and caring when things may not be the best. The front girls are great and friendly always helpful with getting in when needed. Love this facility
