Worked Bernie in when the schedule was filled. Excellent service and commitment.

Dr Wagner explained what was going on and how he was going to treat him so he could get better. I was delighted to receive his meds (pills) cut in half so I could give to him when we got home. Also I was provided with the canned food I could immediately use for the GI UPSET TREATMENT PLAN that Dr Wagner had explained to me. And I received a typed GI Treatment plan instruction sheet... so we could easily follow the daily recommended treatment options and continue with his antibiotic meds. Quinn is doing so much better because of your excellent care and attention. THANK YOU to each member of the team.

Dr. Drumm seemed very impatient with me when I had a question about my pet s diet. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I hope it doesn t happen again. He needs to be more compassionate and patient. Hope the future is better. I would like to stay with the practice if I can.

We were apprehensive about bringing our cat Jessie back to Colony as our last visit was not pleasant. When we called, we were told that Dr. Wagner was very good with cats. To our amazement he handled our Jessie in a careful,caring and professional manor. He did lab work and explained everything clearly. Also, he has a very pleasant personality. We are happy we brought Jessie to see him. Thank you Dr. Wagner! We will be recommending Dr. Wagner to our friends.

Max and I were treated great. Michelle & Dr Smith were very thorough.

Loved Dr Smith and his assistant! Appreciated him being so on time with very little wait. The floor in the exam room was dirty though with clumps of dog hair so would have liked it to be swept in between appointments. Otherwise loved it!

The vet tech who saw our dog for his shot was kind enough to come out to the car and get him because she knows my husband has a mobility problem
