The exam was and possible treatments and options were excellent. At the end, after discussing all the issues and possible outcomes, we came up with a plan to address all my concerns. It was a great visit and I look forward to seeing our plan work out in the best possible outcome. I always feel everyone involved is looking out for my dogs best interests, and that means they are looking out for my best interests too.

Just a routine nail trim and anal gland expression today for my boy, so I didn t see a doctor or need to talk to anyone really. Love that the staff treats my boy (and all animals, I would expect) like their own.

Dr Drum was very thorough in exam and diagnosis. Assistant was positive and sympathetic. Instructions on treatment was complicated but clear. Good job!
