We saw a tech who promptly took care of us.

I was very happy with the staff and how friendly they all were, I was also very happy with the service. The only problem was the cleanliness of the room we were in, my husband who has allergies to cats had to leave and go outside, his eyes were watering so bad.

5 starts all the way

I recently needed to change vet because the one I was using would consistently say it would take a month to get in to be seen. Covid was the blame and frankly I’m sick of hearing the blame for poor customer service being placed on that. I called Colonial Animal Hospital and not only did they get me in timely (1 wk ) but she kept in contact through email concerning my appt paperwork and any other question I had. The Dr spent a good amount of time with me and made sure I understood all the detail. I feel this was a good choice. Should have made it sooner.
