Now that I’ve found Spring Glen and Dr. Mags, I wish I wasn’t leaving Connecticut. I’ve been here for school for 3 years and I’ve had such a difficult time finding people who actually cared about my dog and who put forth any effort to be kind and make either of us comfortable with his care and I only just now found this practice! Everyone I interacted with was wonderful - kind and attentive and doing their best to make sure my dog got exactly what he needed! They were a dream to schedule with, to see, and even to pay for! All of my friends with animals are going to hear about how much I love this place!!

The staff was extremely warm and friendly and spent quite a bit of time with us. Wonderful with my dog, listened to everything I had to say, provided suggestions and truly cared about the well being of my pet! Happy to have moved to this practice!!

5 stars for every category ! Dr. Mags spent time with us and our cat Redford and explained to us about cat psychology. He was very helpful and taught us some good techniques for handling and caring for Redford and his brother Nueman !
