Kayla is wonderful. The office was quite busy and Kayla juggled everyone and their needs easily and with good humor.

I was absolutely blown away by the staff. So supportive, caring, and easy to understand. I felt like the staff were understanding of my financial needs in balance with my pet’s needs. The staff also clearly cared deeply about my animal. What a good feeling!

Everyone on staff was so wonderful!! Kayla at the desk was super sweet and informative, Dina and Sophia were great with Hazel and were able to trim her talons for me... and Dr. Mags is incredibly brilliant and insightful. 10/10 will bring my cat back again. That s how vets and doctors work generally but still.

It seems that everyone there truly cares about my pet. I appreciate the time they take to understand the issue and make sure all our questions are answered. I also appreciate Dr. Mags’ honesty and candor when it comes to what’s medically necessary vs elective as well as helping you save money where possible is refreshing and awesome.

Dr. Mags is a wonderful, caring vet. He puts my Bernie at ease. And me, too for that matter. And even tough he has a busy practice, I never feel that he is rushing to finish the appointment. Wish I could say that about doctors for humans!!

I was certain my dog was not well and I was reassured that all would be done that was reasonable for our financial situation. I was not forced to feel guilty about my financial situation verses taking care of my dog. That was so comforting to me.

The vet was very helpful.He cared about her health.He even joked with us.He always took the time and explained her situation.

I liked that Dr. Mags sent me a written report on Pee Wee s test results and was honest with me about his condition. The office staff and technicians were also very helpful in providing me what information they could when Dr. Mags was out. I always feel like this practice has our best interests at heart.
