The wait was about 15-20 minutes past appt. time, but, Dr. Mags did NOT rush through our appt. and listened really well to us. He took the time to explain things to us (me and the two kids), so I understand that we may have to wait a bit, but that is because he is being thorough and careful. Great first visit and glad to have you take care of our pets!

Dr. Mag and his staff our great. He is extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. The office staff are also very accommodating and nice. Their expansion is also very welcome with a large waiting room so pets have plenty of space.

Our visit was a terrific experience. I was a bit concerned about our new puppy. I appreciate that you listened to me and helped me with my concerns. Our puppy is doing great!! Thank you!

ONLY SUGGESTION I HAVE IS THAT IT IS NOT SAFE FOR MANY PEOPLE WITH ANIMALS NOT IN CAGES TO HAVE TO ENTER ON WHITNEY - IT IS MUCH EASIER TO ENTER IN THE BACK - PARKING IN THE BACK AND THEN WALKING AROUND THE BUILDING IS NOT A GOOD OPTION IT IS AWKWARD AND ALSO NOT GOOD FOR ELDERLY OR DISABLED. ALL ELSE 5 STARS !

We love Dr. Mags! He understands my dog is less than happy to be there and does everything he can to make him comfortable. Even though we have moved a bit farther away, the drive is 100% worth it for Dr. Mags.
