Great group of caring , kind and smart professionals. Calls are always answered or returned. Prescriptions are always filled immediately ,appointments are easy to book and care is phenomenal .!! Dr. Cosgrove and the other amazing staff at this clinic stood outside in the rain and answered all my questions about my doggy. They went above and beyond to make sure he received the care he needed. I am so grateful to all of them for taking care of my fur baby. I will recommend spring glen vet to everyone! My Oreo Cookie is happy and healthy, thank you all again for everything!

I was worried how the appointment would go, as we did not go in with Winnie, but it was fantastic. Winnie was afraid to go, but we got her out of the car and she was a happy puppy coming back. The tech was amazing.

The staff here is always very nice and take the time to answer questions. I appreciate the office staying open throughout the quarantine.

I had an experience with Dr. Mags when I brought a friends animal in, he was so kind and informative so when I got my own dog I knew I had to bring her here!! Even despite the changes to routine due to COVID, Dr. Mags still came out to my car to answer my many questions as a new puppy parent. He was friendly, made jokes, and made the whole experience amazing. I love this place so far and all the staff including the techs who came out to get my pup, those I’ve spoke with on the phone, and Dr. Mags!!

Everything about the visit was so great! You made me feel comfortable — even despite the circumstances of the current pandemic — as this was my first visit with my first dog. I appreciated your attention to my dog’s vaccination records and that you caught that she didn’t actually need any at her visit. The only suggestion I have would be adding lab results to the online portal for those who are curious to see the values beyond knowing they’re normal or not. A huge thank you for your caring help!!

I have a new cat and I was so pleased that Spring Glen Vet Clinic agreed to take him on as a new patient. I have brought my previous cats to Spring Glen ever since 1981 and have been very satisfied with the care and attention they received. Dr. Mags and his staff are the best. Even in the midst of social distancing and virus worries they managed to give Nosey a wellness visit, shots and take blood and yet not compromise my health and safety or their own. Thank you Spring Glen for all that you do.

Better signage at the clinic entrance would be helpful, along with parking info included in the initial appointment confirmation. Aside from some confusion in those areas for my first visit, everything was great and we ll be back! Thank you.
