Stars didn t respond upon clicking. We had an excellent visit, semi long wait but worth it. Staff listened and were kind and polite. Dr. Mags took lots of time, engaged, educational, sat on floor, obviously loves his work. All good.

As always, people were really helpful at every step of the way. They made an appointment quickly and easily, we’re friendly and helpful when I arrived, and everyone was incredibly sweet to my dog as well as explaining what was going on and gave me choices about how to approach things, which I really appreciate. Other than the costs being high, it couldn’t be more perfect!

it was a long wait but it was at night and that is one of your busiest times. it s actually nice to have evening hours - don t know if it is possible to do more of them and less daytime hours, but in any event they are a good option.

We waited for nearly an hour past our appointment time. The wait was stressful for us as well as our pets. Long waits are usual for this practice, unfortunately. Suggest that appointments be scheduled in alignment with the actual time necesssry to greatly reduce wait time.

I am so delighted by the atmosphere and the care my dog receives there. And in the couple of years since I started bringing my dog there, a noticeable change for the better has happened in terms of the office staff--more friendly and welcoming, helpful and service oriented. That part used to be not so good, so whatever you re doing differently now, keep doing it! The positive, I m here to help you attitude toward the dog parent from the front desk is a great match for what I have always experienced as stellar care for my dog by Dr. Mags.

Love Spring Glen Vet. I have had 4 dogs serviced there over 25 yrs. when they get older, the floors seem slippery. Wish there was some flooring with treads which was non slip

Dr. Mags and all of his staff are amazing- so knowledgeable and genuinely caring. We have two anxious dogs and they always make them both feel so at ease. We can’t imagine going anywhere else!

I really appreciated the time and care everyone gave to Pee Wee. Dr. Mags always gives good explanations about what s going on with my pet and options of treatment and their implications. Spring Glen is the best practice I ve used.
