My veterinary experience has always been great. Everyone is very patient with me which I know is not easy. My only suggestion would likely be for the online appt scheduling. I thought it would be more immediate like, here s an appointment time, fit yourself in. I realize that it can not be like that because different appointment types likely take a different amount of time, 20 minutes for shots - an hour for neurotic pet owners like me. So, while I understand it, I think, if my expectations were managed from the start, I would have just called because I felt as though I needed an immediate emergency visit, which I scheduled without a problem and the online thing wasn t a big deal. But, that s my only thought in regard to my experience. It was not at all a big deal. I just expected something different based on other types of online appointment setting apps for different serive appointment businesses (where time is predictable). -k.

It was the first time we saw Dr. Kennedy, although I know her from Central. She was patient and kind with Finkel and did a great job explaining her approach. I think she is a great addition to your practice!

Dr. Mags takes all the time I need with me and my pet. I really appreciate that and I know that he does this will all his clients so I don t mind waiting a little longer for the start of my appointment as I know it means that another person s animal is getting his full attention. I m really looking forward to the new facility as I know the staff works hard to keep the current offices clean but it must be hard as nothing has been done with that area for a long time. I m really pleased with the direction Dr. Mags and his staff are taking the practice.
