The team and doctor were fantastic!

The wait in the car was long over an hour for a quick pardon test but other than that it was a great visit

Due to the fact that my usual vet is only 2 miles away he will remain our primary vet. However in view of the overall experience and care that Emily received at your office, you will be our new after hours clinic. I had to bring my dog in on an emergency basis & I was able to call ahead & explain the situation. The girl on the phone was very kind & understanding. We got in immediately upon arrival. The exam was thorough & the technicians & Veterinarians were nice. Everyone I spoke to on staff was friendly & welcoming. The best part was that they called me 2 days later to check in on my dog to make sure she was doing ok! Top notch service that was much appreciated in a stressful time. We were happy with our experience at the Animal Hospital of Windsor. We got an appt for our dog quickly and staff were friendly and knowledgable. We appreciated them going over several options for treatment at various price points and they thoroughly explained the possible outcomes of each option. We did not feel pressured to choose one treatment plan over another and the staff seemed to really have the best interest of our pet at heart. I would recommend the Animal Hospital of Windsor to family and friends.

In an emergency visit, the dr moved quickly and kept us informed. We were assured that everything would be ok, and appreciate the extended hours the clinic offers.

I love the service vet and all the staff were wonderful. Did a thorough exam of my cat. Explained what was wrong and went over medication.

Price was fair and he is on the mend. Were very thankful for them helping our boy.

We started coming to Animal Hospital of Windsor cuz our vet was retiring and we have been nothing but pleased with the staff and the veterinarians anytime we ve been there the hours are great and convenient and can end up sparing you a lot of trips to an emergency for double the price

I love how Everyone seems to treat my pets as if they are their own, lots of care and concerned. I never feel rushed when acquiring information. No issues here, keep doing what you re doing
