I really enjoyed the visit with Bree. I am pleased with all that helped me. Our experience was a joy.

We were happy with our experience at the Animal Hospital of Windsor. We got an appt for our dog quickly and staff were friendly and knowledgable. We appreciated them going over several options for treatment at various price points and they thoroughly explained the possible outcomes of each option. We did not feel pressured to choose one treatment plan over another and the staff seemed to really have the best interest of our pet at heart. I would recommend the Animal Hospital of Windsor to family and friends.

I can highly recommend all the veterinarians and staff there. They took good care of my baby (and me when I was anxious)

In an emergency visit, the dr moved quickly and kept us informed. We were assured that everything would be ok, and appreciate the extended hours the clinic offers.

I love the service vet and all the staff were wonderful. Did a thorough exam of my cat. Explained what was wrong and went over medication.

Price was fair and he is on the mend. Were very thankful for them helping our boy.

We started coming to Animal Hospital of Windsor cuz our vet was retiring and we have been nothing but pleased with the staff and the veterinarians anytime we ve been there the hours are great and convenient and can end up sparing you a lot of trips to an emergency for double the price

I love how Everyone seems to treat my pets as if they are their own, lots of care and concerned. I never feel rushed when acquiring information. No issues here, keep doing what you re doing

We had great quick service. Took the time to spend with us and explain what was going on with our cat we were not rushed at all. Offered suggestions and called few days after our visit to make sure everything was OK. The exray specialist was quick with results and sent us the paperwork threw email with diagnostics after they explained the results.

I am so grateful that your facility is open into the evening and seven days a week. Dr. Malovec explained everything very clearly and with empathy.The only suggestion I have is that it would be much more convenient for your clients to have access to the clinic directly from the parking area rather than having to walk to the sidewalk and around the corner with a struggling animal. I will continue to come to the AHW for my animals are.

We called on New Year s Day evening worried about our dog. We spoke to a friendly receptionist who told us to come right in. When we got there there was only one person ahead of us so our wait was only about 20 mins. The vet showed compassion and really listened to what we explained to him. A test was done, and thorough examination. We are still waiting for results, but expected that being the Holiday week. The staff member who checked us out was helpful with suggestions as well. Very positive experience for us and we would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.
