We were happy to get an appointment even though it was somewhat of an emergency. Staff was very accommodating and the vet was very helpful explaining everything. We were nervous not using our own vet but all turned out well.

As a new patient it was a very pleasant experience. Friendly and accommodating staff and doctors. They took their time to listen to our concerns and made us feel comfortable.

It was a great visit all the staff very welcoming and knowledgeable. Duke and Duchess were very happy with their visit.

Everyone there is amazing, been to a few different places with past pets, here is by far the most friendly, convenient, and trusting vet we have been to. Life long customer and friend now, my pet even rushes in the door because he knows they give good treats!

My dog came in a lot of pain. I was ready to put him down and the doctor was so kind and patient and reminded me to give him some time. I’m so glad he did because my dog has made some improvements. While the prognosis won’t be long standing, he gave me so much peace and time with my dog back and I’m grateful for his guidance and amazing care of my dog. Thank you so much

The staff was absolutely amazing! So much so that we couldn’t imagine taking Moose to any other veterinary clinic and made this clinic his official Vet. I was originally worried Moose would be very reactive but the staff was so calm and knew how to handle a reactive very big dog that Moose did amazing and loved them. I am so glad I moved over to the Animal Hospital of Windsor. All vet technicians and veterinaries were so professional and kind. I don’t regret my decision to move my veterinarian care to this group of over the top veterinary care.
