The Vet was very efficient explaining the issue about what was going on with my dog. I am very pleased with the service etc.

I am so glad I moved over to the Animal Hospital of Windsor. All vet technicians and veterinaries were so professional and kind. I don’t regret my decision to move my veterinarian care to this group of over the top veterinary care.

There seemed to be some miscommunication between reception and the doctor. I would tell the reception over the phone something to relate to the doctor, but then the doctor would ask me if I had contacted the office with instructions, but all in all the service was excellent.

Dr Kaur was really friendly and compassionate. Flash got the right care and she addressed all my concerns. I also received a follow up call from y’all and I can’t express how much that means to me. Thank you again

10/10 staff, I wish I remembered his name but there was a male vet tech working on Sunday when we brought Malibu in after she got hurt. He was so kind, informative, and made me feel like she was in the best hands going into get sedated. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks to that RVT that day for keeping me calm & making sure my bay was taking care of!!! And Jenna who was working the front desk was also wonderful, I called as soon as you opened and she got me in right away. Thanks to everyone for being so kind as we were so obviously stressed.

Dr Kaur is professional and kind. She listens.Was easy to get in and the staff were wonderful as well. They have wonderful hrs that accommodate everyone. I will recommend them.

My experience was excellent. Trimming my dogs fur on her ear to cut out a huge nat, my dog turned her head at the very second I began and I accidentally cut her ear....called my vet, they were closing and couldn t see me for 3 days, avoided walker road emerg bc anytime I go, im there a min 4 plus hours, found this vet, called, and they booked me an appointment 30 minutes from when I called. I was in and out in 35 minutes total. Everyone was friendly, place was close and clean, I will definitely be back. I also didn t feel taken advantage of and was pushed to pay more for some unnecessary th8ngs. Great experience and im thankful

Thank you again, Animal Hospital of Windsor. On December 30, 2025, January 1, 2026 I had to bring my Faith in to have a broken nail treated where her quick was exposed. I already knew sedation would be necessary, as she’s not comfortable with people touching her paws. Thanks to your incredible patience, care, and understanding, everything went smoothly and her nail was taken care of safely. I truly appreciate the compassion and professionalism shown to both Faith and me
