We were very impressed with the clinic. I was able to make an appointment for our puppy Westie’s emergency visit, and we did not wait long to be seen by the Vet. Staff were professional, kind and thorough. Highly recommend.

Excellent care, truly the best customer experience ever. The receptionist was the most genuine women that gave the most advice and very empathetic. Overall the best experience hands down.

I wouldn t go anywhere else now that I have been there. Doctor and staff were caring and kind, and the fact that you could make an appointment and not have a 4 hour wait was amazing.

Both vets care, its obvious. I had everything explained and walked through to assure me my girl is in the best hands. I really appreciated the options, opinions and open mindedness to navigate a health scare that we have never experienced before.

Staff were incredibly patient, compationate and caring. They followed up and provided excellent medical care and advice. Prices were more than fair considering it was an emergency visit. I am very lucky and grateful for all the staff.

We didn t have to wait at all to see the vet. The person we first saw took all our information and was very kind. The vet was amazing and diagnosed our pup right away. Took care of the problem immediately! Vet was very kind as well. Extremely satisfied with our visit!

Staff was great and compassionate, I ended up having to take my dog to 24 hour vet at 5am after our visit do to his condition changing wven though he was scheduled to be seen again at 8am , they understood and called to check up 2 times to see how he was doing . It was very appreciated

I was impressed how the staff made me feel comfortable as I was dog sitting and they were able to get all of his records right away from the dogs Vet. They saw him right away and were able to give me a plan moving forward. Very impressed how everyone worked.

Loved the visit. The hospital was clean, both the vet tech and the doctor were great with Boss and very attentive and precise with information. The follow up call was also very sweet and appreciated. Would recommend!

The Veterinarian was very nice and efficient. The Vet Techs are awesome. I know what a handful Oakley can be. Aaron ( I think that was his name) was great with Oakley! A pleasant visit!!

I attended this clinic at 10pm on a Saturday night because my little dog was suffering with an ear infection. The treatment given him was exceptional. I was in and out in 25 mins. 2 days later and with proper meds and care he is recovering nicely. Thank you Animal Hospital of Windsor. I highly recommend this clinic.
