The minute I arrived everything went smoothly. The doctor and the nurse was very knowledgeable and patient.The fee and medications were priced reasonably. I will definitely return with my little stray cat if I need to. Thank you ??

My experience was excellent. Trimming my dogs fur on her ear to cut out a huge nat, my dog turned her head at the very second I began and I accidentally cut her ear....called my vet, they were closing and couldn t see me for 3 days, avoided walker road emerg bc anytime I go, im there a min 4 plus hours, found this vet, called, and they booked me an appointment 30 minutes from when I called. I was in and out in 35 minutes total. Everyone was friendly, place was close and clean, I will definitely be back. I also didn t feel taken advantage of and was pushed to pay more for some unnecessary th8ngs. Great experience and im thankful

Thank you again, Animal Hospital of Windsor. On December 30, 2025, January 1, 2026 I had to bring my Faith in to have a broken nail treated where her quick was exposed. I already knew sedation would be necessary, as she’s not comfortable with people touching her paws. Thanks to your incredible patience, care, and understanding, everything went smoothly and her nail was taken care of safely. I truly appreciate the compassion and professionalism shown to both Faith and me

The visit from start to finish was a wonderful experience. The vet tech who talked us through everything and our options wasnt pushy but made things clear enough that we could understand every step and cost to the procedure. I would highly recommend you and your staff to anyone looking to have anything done for their pet.

I am very satisfied with the prompt care my dog Kitty received. The doctor and the hospital staff were wonderful. I felt very happy because in just 30 minutes my dog recovered from the allergy she was having, and that makes me feel confident in the hospital. I 100% recommend it. Thank you again.

I felt this was a great experience for our family and our cat the staff were friendly caring and answered any questions or concerns with knowledge & kindness! They even called a few days after surgery to follow up and see how things were going with our pet! We have 1 more cat to spay and there isnt anyone i would rather go to i highly recommend the Animal Hospital of Windsor

I appreciated the fast ability to be seen and that you took my call without putting me on hold. While the price was high the service was good and my dog is doing much better now. It’s great to know we have a safe and reputable animal hospital available. Thank you for giving us a better option.

Getting an appointment was very quick and easy. The wait time to get in wasn t too bad and we understand that emergency situations happen, although there have been a couple times it would have been better to suggest we reschedule instead of waiting so long to be seen (the visit I am reviewing today was no issue, I am just trying to leave honest feedback). Actually getting my pet into the office, the space was noticeably clean and sanitary, the staff were helpful and kind, and the vet was amazing. You are the only vets we ve ever had in our pets long life where our normally very scared little guy seemed relaxed being handled and respected the veterinarian. The vet answered all of our questions and concerns very concisely and at other times even showed us pictures and explanations in a book (which as a visual person I found extremely helpful), I really appreciated the patience and lack of judgement towards even the smallest follow up question. The vet used to leave our pet shaking in his carrier and now the last few visits since we switched he has been much more relaxed - albeit still grumpy- which is amazing to see :) I recommend your services to people: friends, family, and strangers all the time and most of them have now switched to your clinic and also really love your services as well.
