First visit to this clinic with a new to us rescue dog, the staff, in particular the vet tech Aaron, put us and our dog at ease. Both the vet Dr. Nep and Aaron took their time and made sure to lavish attention and praise on our Zoey. Answered all our questions. Much appreciated!

Everyone there is amazing, been to a few different places with past pets, here is by far the most friendly, convenient, and trusting vet we have been to. Life long customer and friend now, my pet even rushes in the door because he knows they give good treats!

The staff are always so accommodating, knowledgeable and compassionate. I wish you had a location closer to Belle River, but it is worth the drive! I appreciate you all taking such great care of our Millie!

Excellent service

My dog came in a lot of pain. I was ready to put him down and the doctor was so kind and patient and reminded me to give him some time. I’m so glad he did because my dog has made some improvements. While the prognosis won’t be long standing, he gave me so much peace and time with my dog back and I’m grateful for his guidance and amazing care of my dog. Thank you so much

The staff was absolutely amazing! So much so that we couldn’t imagine taking Moose to any other veterinary clinic and made this clinic his official Vet. I was originally worried Moose would be very reactive but the staff was so calm and knew how to handle a reactive very big dog that Moose did amazing and loved them. Nephtali was absolutely amazing with both Moose and us. ?? he was very understanding and helpful. Thank you!

Taking my kitten in in such an emergecy situation was quite stressful but the staff we all so friendly and helpful which made the situation a bit better. Thank you to all the staff working March 1! It kept me calm and helped my baby feel better!

The staff of the hospital is amazing, always friendly and supportive. The price for vaccination is good, comparing to other providers.

I am so glad I moved over to the Animal Hospital of Windsor. All vet technicians and veterinaries were so professional and kind. I don’t regret my decision to move my veterinarian care to this group of over the top veterinary care.

There seemed to be some miscommunication between reception and the doctor. I would tell the reception over the phone something to relate to the doctor, but then the doctor would ask me if I had contacted the office with instructions, but all in all the service was excellent.

Dr Kaur was really friendly and compassionate. Flash got the right care and she addressed all my concerns. I also received a follow up call from y’all and I can’t express how much that means to me. Thank you again

10/10 staff, I wish I remembered his name but there was a male vet tech working on Sunday when we brought Malibu in after she got hurt. He was so kind, informative, and made me feel like she was in the best hands going into get sedated. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks to that RVT that day for keeping me calm & making sure my bay was taking care of!!! And Jenna who was working the front desk was also wonderful, I called as soon as you opened and she got me in right away. Thanks to everyone for being so kind as we were so obviously stressed.

Dr Kaur is professional and kind. She listens.Was easy to get in and the staff were wonderful as well. They have wonderful hrs that accommodate everyone. I will recommend them.
