We started coming to Animal Hospital of Windsor cuz our vet was retiring and we have been nothing but pleased with the staff and the veterinarians anytime we ve been there the hours are great and convenient and can end up sparing you a lot of trips to an emergency for double the price

I love how Everyone seems to treat my pets as if they are their own, lots of care and concerned. I never feel rushed when acquiring information. No issues here, keep doing what you re doing

We had great quick service. Took the time to spend with us and explain what was going on with our cat we were not rushed at all. Offered suggestions and called few days after our visit to make sure everything was OK. The exray specialist was quick with results and sent us the paperwork threw email with diagnostics after they explained the results.

I am so grateful that your facility is open into the evening and seven days a week. Dr. Malovec explained everything very clearly and with empathy.The only suggestion I have is that it would be much more convenient for your clients to have access to the clinic directly from the parking area rather than having to walk to the sidewalk and around the corner with a struggling animal. I will continue to come to the AHW for my animals are.

We called on New Year s Day evening worried about our dog. We spoke to a friendly receptionist who told us to come right in. When we got there there was only one person ahead of us so our wait was only about 20 mins. The vet showed compassion and really listened to what we explained to him. A test was done, and thorough examination. We are still waiting for results, but expected that being the Holiday week. The staff member who checked us out was helpful with suggestions as well. Very positive experience for us and we would definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

The staff is very friendly and Dr. Malovec...I cannot say enough about him. He is a Wonderful Dr. and Surgeon. I trust him totally and completely with my pets and is the only one I will allow to take care of them.

Dr. Hussein and his associates have always provided great care for my dogs. Highly recommend them.

We had to go to the hospital later in the night due to an emergency. Despite no appointment or notice, and the acting vets working on a surgery, we were promptly put into a room and only needed to wait around 45 minutes to be seen by the vet (We have previously waited over 3 hours at a different location). We received great advice from the doctor and are highly satisfied with the information given to us. Thank you to all the staff for helping our cat!
