Nothing but a great place. I bring both my cats there and am very impressed with the staff. Everyone from the front office to the back office is wonderful to deal with. The vets take special care of the pets and that is very special. I feel total comfort in dealing with all of Leominster Animal Hospital.

I asked for an appointment to test my dog for diabetes. I received a bill for nearly $400 even though I explained that he had been seen by a vet within the last five months. I honestly did not expect the visit to be so very expensive and this is the reason that I have gone to Vetco in the past. I knew he did not need all the work that was ordered and am disappointed but I also had a strong feeling he would be diagnosed as diabetic. I got hurt at work back in March and honestly struggled to pay this unnecessary bill. If I did not need insulin for my dog I would not return.

Further, Leominster Animal Hospital was amazingly accomodating since my husband had a doctor s appointment update which caused a scheduling conflict. In a snap, timing was changed and everything went well.

Dr. Nord was great explaining the situation with my dog & giving me options for treatment. The staff is so friendly & efficient. I just changed to Leominster Animal Hospital from a vet I went to for 33 years. I m so glad I did & wished I had changed earlier.

Vet was excellent and very knowledgable and helpful, staff were friendly, I have no complaints at all. This is an impressive, efficient vet office and I m so glad my cat is a patient. Keep up the great work! I tried to check 5 stars for everything but it didnt seem to register.

Love Dr Nord!! She takes her time, doesn’t rush you and is so helpful! The front desk staff and all the Drs and techs are really amazing. We’ve had a great experience here with our animals.

Everyone at Leominster Animal Hospital is always friendly, helpful and efficient, from the office staff to the techs to the veterinary assistants to Dr. Feccia and Dr. Prue. Really, it s just a great place and we re very thankful for everyone there and for the care our pets receive.

Staff came in last minute to say our dog came back positive for something. Doctor put an antibiotic on the bill, but didn’t explain what he was positive for.
