Was there this past week for my cat’s annual appointment. I asked she have a few mats removed around the top, base of her tail area. The techs have done this for me before free of charge. This time it cost $44! And I was NOT told of how much it would be in advance. I would never have agreed to that price. when I complained after I got home nothing was done about it. Highway robbery and deceitful practice. am still disgusted about it.

I was really impressed with how the staff greeted and interacted with my new dog. The entire experience could have been traumatic for my dog but the staff was absolutely great and made sure my dog was relaxed and felt comfortable even while giving him a couple of vaccinations. I couldn’t be happier with how they handled my dog.

Everyone was professional and caring. Dr. Santiago followed up with a phone call to see if Chuck was doing ok and to reissue a prescription omitting an additive that can be leathal to animals.

The staff is wonderful! From the time I walked in until the time I left. Dr Nord is very caring and explains everything that is going on. 5 stars all around.

I was trying for over two weeks to get in touch to schedule shots for my kitties. I would receive emails and post cards, but no one would answer to schedule. Finally my kitty had an infection and after a week of calling I got an appointment. Everyone was nice and treated the kitty well, but it was rushed and I left confused as how to administer the meds. They also would not accept cash as payment because I didn’t have exact change… overall not a great experience. I am worried if my kitties need something, you won’t be there when she needs you.

Being a first time pet owner, felt all staff were willing to answer all questions I had during visit. Also felt practice cared to the extent I received a text message to check on my furbaby to see how she was doing since sick visit earlier in week.

The technician who took care of Gio was very professional. Even though we were only there for a blood test she took the time to troubleshoot Gino’s limp resulting in a blood test positive for a tick born illness. We are now on an antibiotic thanks to her alert care. I wish I had gotten her name.

Today’s wait was about thirty minutes after my originally scheduled time, but it definitely was an abnormally busy day so I don’t fault the office for today’s wait time! Usually I’m in earlier than my actual appointment time! Thanks for all your hard work and for taking the best care of my kitties!
