Very happy with the support staff who were pleasant and humane and made me feel comfortable as I was stressing about my sick dog. The doctor took enough time to explain choices and procedures and seemed very competent. I plan to use your services to take care of my dog in the future as well.

My pets have been seen by Dr Martin for years. she is awesome, caring and knows how to take care of every situation I have had. Shes does what is needed and what is best for your pet. Her staff is always friendly and helpful.

The staff at Palmetto really care about the pets that they take care of. Dr. Dawn is great.

The prices here are 2x the neighboring competitors. I’m satisfied with the care my pet received but pricing could be better.

I can’t answer the question about the cleanliness of the facilities because we could not go in. However, I am very pleased with their service and recommend them to others.

Wearing masks, I think it would have been safe to accompany my dog when seen by the vet.

The only issue I have is that my cat did not received the 3 year vaccine she normally gets. I had provided the staff with the previous records as this was her first visit so I thought they have to look at this but I check the paper work and it is only for a year.

It was emergency, they took care of problem and I was home within 45 minutes

This was a last minute appointment needed for our older dalmatian. I was able to schedule quite quickly. the appointment was quick and painless. Our Dog loves Palmetto Pet Hospital, and we cannot tell enough people about this wonderful pet hospital.

The staff, location, and service were all amazing! We will be back and recommending to others. Thank you Dr. Merlot and staff for excellent service! I truly value great customer service.
