I appreciated Dr Whitlock going ahead and treating Cricket even though she couldn’t get a urine sample. She is doing so much better. And yes this means she’s using the litter box completely so far. Keeping my fingers crossed. Thank you Danni and Dr Whitlock.

I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the knowledge each person had in reference to my dog. Everyone was so friendly and showed they genuinely cared about me and my baby. It was my first time there and it won t be my last. From the front receptionist to the doctor, perfect customer service and caring attitudes.

Everyone there is so nice. Snowbelle is on the “bad kitty” list so normally I would worry so much that the staff might lose patience with her or be mean to her. But I sense that’s not the case at Rockdale Animal Hospital. She’s the best, sweetest, most loving and agreeable kitty at home. We’ve had her for 15 years and love her so much! It’s so nice not to have to worry about her being mistreated at the vet. You’re all sweethearts.

Rockdale s staff and doctors are outstanding! Everyone there is so caring and they always demonstrate excellent service,and love for all animals. Highly recommend!

I was blown away by the staff and doctor, just wow! I felt like the doctor, who had just met my dog, already loved him. We have several dogs and previously took them to Dr Sigman in Covington, but won t be going back there anymore. Rockdale Animal is our vet now!

I travel from Jonesboro to your clinic because I am so happy with Dr. Whitlock. She is absolutely the best vet I have seen. It takes me almost an hour depending on traffic. It is so worth it to me to be able to count on Dr. Whitlock and know that she will take the time to listen to my concerns and she is wonderful in explaining everything to me. I know my Satin and Sweetpea are well taken care of and that means so much to me. Thank you Dr. Whitlock! The front staff are great too.

I am new to the area so this was my first visit for my dog’s annual exam. I was so impressed with the staff and follow up phone calls with lab results and treatment plan that I am happy to say I have found a wonderful practice for me and my baby!!

We liked Dr. Whitlock s approach and handling of penny.

We came specifically to see Dr. Whitlock and wasn t really sure about the drive from Jonesboro to your office. It was a very straight drive and had no problem finding the office. We were impressed by the office and all the employees. Phoebe didn t bark for the first time. She may next time, but we think she was at ease also.

My appointment was for 2:30 and by 3:00 I hadn t been seen. I stated that I had to leave by 3:30 and they asked if I was willing to see Dr. Whitlock. I said yes! WOW....I absolutely loved her! She took time and explained everything to me. Dr. Crain apologized for running late, but I would have wanted him to take the time with me and my Dog like he was doing with the other patient. I appreciated him coming in and saying something to me.

The staff at Rockdale Animal Hospital is incredible. They are caring and patient when it comes to my overly hyper dog, and even more so with my anxious dog. I appreciate that they keep notes from past appointments so they know the quirks of each dog in order to better treat them both. Dr. Crain is very knowledgeable and is able to relay information to me in a caring manner. Thank you all for taking such great care of my fur babies!
