Dr. Crain has taken care of my cats and dogs 29 years. Obviously, I am very happy with Rockdale Animal Hospital. Whether my pet was seen for routine wellness care or a serious illness, Dr. Crain has always taken as much time as necessary to explain the situation and the care options.

Gracie, Key, & I could not be more satisfied with Rockdale Animal Hospital. Gracie has been seeing Dr. Crane & Dr. G (whom we deeply miss) since she was rescued and only approximately 4 months old, she will be 8 in December this year. Dannie is hands down not only my (Jenn Pruitt - Gracie’s mommy) favorite and willingly to go out of her way to assist us with anything Grace needs at any time. Gracie absolutely loves her, even though she is terrified and anxiety-ridden of riding in any vehicle, as well as coming to the vet for even the most minor thing (ie nail trim). Dannie, along with Dr. Crane & Dr. G (and the majority of the remaining staff) always go above and beyond to make Gracie feel as comfortable, safe, and calm as they possibly can. We could not ask for a better veterinary practice to care for our furbaby; especially myself (Jenn) as seeing my baby scared, anxious, or the worst in pain, I feel 100% confident in the staff to care for her as if she were one of their own children. Thank you Rockdale Animal Hospital for always caring for Grace throughout her life, and even more so, for going the extra mile the few times she has had to visit the office for more serious issues than just her yearly check-ups and nail trims. *Again, I should give extra thanks and appreciation for Dannie Goglia for not only going above the call of duty for Gracie, but her mommy (Jenn) as well during the times Gracie has required more attention than wellness checks. She not only is an asset to the team at Rockdale Animal, but a dearly loved and appreciated friend and person to our family.*

Everything was great except my Ace was nicked during his grooming and I would have loved if I was told when I picked up my baby instead of me finding it when I looked over him when we got home.

I was very impressed! We had an emergency appointment and was told to come in as soon as I could get there. I was seen within ten minutes of arrival and that included the time it took for me to fill out paperwork. We only waited about five minutes after getting in the room before the vet came in. I felt confident in the accuracy of everything he told me. Very satisfied with the level of care we experienced, from the initail phone call, signing in, the tech that we saw before the vet and the actual appointment.
