Our office visit was awesome!

I have had my puppy in twice and no one has mentioned the small amount of hair loss she has on her body..i thought it was my eye problem but a friend looked at her and said definite hair loss..i told the tech she has been itching a lot and might have fleas..tech said no fleas..so to be clear..i thought the spots were a tan color hair growin in but i have noticed during the month i have had her that her hair is very course and dry for some reason. I assumed the vet that first examined her would make a comment if something was wrong. Does she have mange?
