Left Bronwen at 8:00. Was told she could be picked up around 3. Drove out 25 minutes..was told there was an emergency so had procedure late. Drove home, had to go back at 5:00. At least text us to update changes in pickup time.

I was very nervous about leaving my sweet Angel by herself, but they quelled my anxieties. I didn’t like the drive thru option at first, but it made it so my cat didn’t have to see any other animal and being that she is a very anxious cat, this was a major plus. Driftwood came highly recommended by a vet tech from a different clinic when they were full for the day. They took her, ran extra tests just to make sure and had her back to me within 5 hours with a dose of antibiotics and a solution to the problem. The vet said she was a perfect Angel while she was there and let her examine her without any fuss or problem. It’s been 4 days, my cat’s eye looks 100 times better. I will be transferring my cat’s care to this location. ??

I had dog before the ones I have now, and I have visited different vet clinics. I am so grateful that i found Driftwood. This clinic is the best. The staff and drs are so personable and friendly. They treat my dogs with kindness. I have a super friendly dog and a scared afraid of people dog, and they are so kind to both of them. I greatly appreciate their love and patience with my fur babies. Every staff member was so friendly. We could not believe it as we have not had this experience at other vets. Our dog is nervous around new people but all staff spoke with him in such a kind voice that he warmed up right away and wasn t stressed out like he usually is at a vet appt. The vet listened to our concern about a minor health issue we believed our pet had. They did the appropriate test and confirmed that there was an issue. They gave us medication to treat it. Our experience from driving up to driving out was excellent and we would 100% recommend this vet to others. Best experience our pet has had to date! Thank you Driftwood!

I was a little nervous because it was our first time and I wasn’t sure how the drive-through situation was going to be but I thought it was a great way to go about service and we are happy to come back!

Best vets around! They are always very thorough and willing to offer advice for different treatment options as required for all of our pet s needs.

Being wheelchair bound, this type of service is a blessing for me. I don’t have to find someone else to bring in my pet. The facilities are great and I love being able to see in the exam room without leaving my car and the interaction with the vets and assistants throughout the exam was extraordinary. I’m sure there are many more physically limited pet owners that would love this concept!!

Prices are really high for seemingly routine issues. You add on additional tests at every visit that don’t seem completely necessary, hiking up the price for what should be a routine visit. Your high prices are so high, I’m seriously considering finding a more reasonably priced vet.

Great operation! And Dr. Tony must be a dog whisperer -- my dog has never behaved so well at the vet! Glad we made the switch to Driftwood.

We love the drive through service, it s very convenient. Suggest reducing the paperwork, most of it should be on file for repeat customers. (address, phone, etc.) Could even offer the form to be electronic and filled prior to appointments to reduce wait time. The staff is always top notch!

They are wonderful. The first time I tried to bring my cat in, he absolutely wouldn t go in the carrier. I called the vet, they gave me some medicine to give him before his next visit. Worked like a charm. They were very gentle with him. He stayed calm through the whole visit. One of the gals kept petting him and stayed close to him. He snuggled up against her. This was our first time there and I ll definitely go back. The whole experience is completely different from any other vet, but it was great. Pulling into an enclosed garage stall, waiting in my car but still able to see my cat was different but worked great.

I appreciate how you share options and listen to pet owners without judgement or being pushy. I will reccomend you guys to everyone who asks.

I would like to have a sit down with Dr Tony face to face but otherwise you do great with posidien and it is amazing to me because he really doesn t like strangers and his breed is to take care of me and he is truly the love of my life and you guys are wonderful with him and I was going to start him on a new vet in Beatrice but I don t want to take him away from Dr Tony if he seems to get along with him but I really would love to have a face to face with you Dr Tony

I was very pleased with everything and everyone! I felt Boomer was the Star he should be! ?? I wasn’t sure how this drive thru was going to work! Loved it. Prices are good but it is a huge convenience as a pet owner to be able to put all of my vet bills on my Care Credit card. Not being able to may mean for anything major I will need to take me pet elsewhere.

$500 seems like a lot for not getting a diagnosis and a quarter bottle of anti inflammatories
