I think it s a little pricey.

Appreciate that Dr. Tony always takes the time to discuss appointments and answer questions.

I really don t know what to say about value/cost of services. I think the services are excellent, but I also know the cost of a dental cleaning puts a big dent in the budget, especially on an every-9-months basis. I am trusting that the charges and the 9-month recommendation are usual and customary among veterinary practices.

I dislike the drive up only option. I feel it would have saved confusion on purpose of why appointment was needed if check in was in office.

Always a wonderful visit when the dynamic duo comes to visit. The staff is great and so willing to answer all my questions or accommodate my crazy requests. Dr. Tony is also the best vet hands down, I couldn’t give him more praise.

Really appreciate your staff getting our pup in at the last minute and giving him the care he needed. I would give 10 stars if that was an option?

I think we will go ahead and schedule a teeth cleaning next fall for Kitt and probably get on something like an every other year schedule. Just not comfortable with putting her under more frequently than that. See you folks next October.

Everyone gave so much attention to my dog and I loved that, he is a shy boy by nature and this eased my anxiety.

Staff and doctor were very kind and compassionate, listened and addressed each of my concerns, managed to get my dog Sophie seen on very short notice which made me feel like they truly cared, provided knowledgeable and helpful information and everyone was very professional. After our previous vet closed, we came new to Driftwood, and Dr. Tony probably spent more time with me discussing my dog’s health than any other vet at all of our previous appointments combined! He truly took the time to explain even the normal annual physical exam he did, and answered all of my questions fully and clearly. I can’t express how much I appreciated that kind of expertise and customer service. The young gentleman that assisted us with Dr. Tony (I’m sorry I don’t remember your name) was a rock star too! Thank you!

Our pet was in need of emergency care and Driftwood (Dr. Tony) got him in right away. Our pet has PTSD from a negative vet experience years ago and Driftwood staff were so compassionate with him. He did really well at the appt. We felt the diagnosis and treatment plan were right on target and that Dr. Tony was responsive to our pet s critical situation. The staff have also been responsive to a couple of follow up calls. Excellent service!! We highly recommend this clinic, Vet & staff.

It would have been nice to have received a call regarding Comet s infected anal glands when it was diagnosed on July 12. Also, there needs to be better communication/notes for when boarding animals are going home with new medications as I had to ask for Comet s antibiotics (I only knew she had some because I took a moment to review my invoice) and the young lady checking me out was not aware that she had some to go home with her or where they were to be found. Just a couple tweaks are needed for a smoother check-out experience. :) Overall, the doctors and staff are very kind and I feel that my animals are well cared for at Driftwood.

The young lady was very pleasant and answered all our questions and told us if we needed anything to just call made us feel very important and welcome to the vet place thank you for your service Linda
