Great friendly staff!

We have been to Driftwood twice now. We have been treated with outstanding service from all staff and vet. They are so friendly when calling in the first time. We feel we are ready to have Driftwood be our new Veterinary Clinic for our dog Ginger. Thank you for your good customer service.

I enjoyed talking with Doc, him making you feel as though you really were important, not rushed.

Everything was perfect! Such a unique idea to do the drive thru and so cool to watch through the glass. I think Harper will be excited to go back and see her favorite vet techs :)

This vet is wonderful I can be totally honest and tell them what I want and I know they love my posidien and he can be a big pain in the butt butt they love him and me because my dog is the love of my life they cost alot but with all of it love you people with all my heart ?? ?? ??

On the check-in sheet, I asked the staff to call me if the cost of the procedures would exceed $200. The total cost of the procedures for my dog was $545, but this was not communicated to me before I picked her up. I suggest that the staff explicitly state how much a procedure will cost when calling to ask if the customer would like to go forward with it. Since I wasn’t told the cost of procedures, I assumed it would be less than $200 total, but it was obviously quite a bit more.

Great veterinary care was given to Junior for his big dental surgery. I appreciated the detailed explanation of Junior s dental issue.

Once I drove into the carport, I explained that I probably needed to take Annie out of the car and was told I did not need to. But, in the end, I did need to because when the assistant opened the cargo door, Annie growled and jumped into the back seat. Then when the assistant opened the back-driver-side door, Annie jumped into the front seat. In the future, I prefer to take Annie from the car to keep her from stressing. Everything else was wonderful!
