Love the staff at Driftwood and the convenience of drive thru. Happy that I can, sit in my car and still watch Toby as he is examined. In the past, I wasn t especially fond of him being taken out of car, to an area where I couldn t see him. Thank you for changing this protocol. Always thorough in examination and explanation. Clean and pleasant environment. Staff always appear genuinely excited to greet and serve our furbabies, over the years.

I got at least 3 confirmations and when I arrived they said they had been trying to reach me to reschedule. My email and phone numbers worked for reminders but not to reschedule???? So I could wait for another vet to come in or drive 40 min back home and do it again another day???? Tony, don’t get me wrong, I love your service and obviously I can’t complain about the cost, but you asked for brutal honesty and I believe there is a glitch in your communications that you might want to look at.

We are really happy with all your services- vet, groomer for her nails, and we will board her when we get a vacation in hopefully soon. I’m grateful to be able to have a live person when calling. The staff know our dog and she isn’t afraid to go to your place We can’t think of anything that you should do differently- we really do like the way things are done.

This was our second time using Driftwood Vet medical side and both time at the was a good experience. If there was anything wrong from what they quoted on the bill, they corrected it. Staff is very friendly and assist in any concerns or questions. Sometimes it may feel like they are not aware you are outside waiting to drive in, but truly it may have been a minute or two.
