I got at least 3 confirmations and when I arrived they said they had been trying to reach me to reschedule. My email and phone numbers worked for reminders but not to reschedule???? So I could wait for another vet to come in or drive 40 min back home and do it again another day???? Tony, don’t get me wrong, I love your service and obviously I can’t complain about the cost, but you asked for brutal honesty and I believe there is a glitch in your communications that you might want to look at.

We are really happy with all your services- vet, groomer for her nails, and we will board her when we get a vacation in hopefully soon. I’m grateful to be able to have a live person when calling. The staff know our dog and she isn’t afraid to go to your place We can’t think of anything that you should do differently- we really do like the way things are done.

This was our second time using Driftwood Vet medical side and both time at the was a good experience. If there was anything wrong from what they quoted on the bill, they corrected it. Staff is very friendly and assist in any concerns or questions. Sometimes it may feel like they are not aware you are outside waiting to drive in, but truly it may have been a minute or two.

The clinic and staff and Dr are wonderful, but the cost is almost out of reach for me. While I appreciate the convenience and I know such a facility is costly , I’m sure many folks can handle it but as a retiree it’s most difficult..

Excellent ! It was an emergency and in bad weather. The vet and service was excellent. I brought my dog here several years ago and was not pleased with the service. Glad I gave you another try.

I really don t know what to say about value/cost of services. I think the services are excellent, but I also know the cost of a dental cleaning puts a big dent in the budget, especially on an every-9-months basis. I am trusting that the charges and the 9-month recommendation are usual and customary among veterinary practices.

I dislike the drive up only option. I feel it would have saved confusion on purpose of why appointment was needed if check in was in office.

Always a wonderful visit when the dynamic duo comes to visit. The staff is great and so willing to answer all my questions or accommodate my crazy requests. Dr. Tony is also the best vet hands down, I couldn’t give him more praise.
