I m always amazed by how I am treated by the front desk staff so quick and efficiently and always with a smile. Quick to get back, thorough assistant talk before the doctor comes in. Doctor Thompson also spends as much time as I want to talk about my pups and give me great advice. I trust his care and would use noone else. Highly recommend!!!

We had an emergency and were seen the same day. Thank you for saving my dog s life! She feels much much better and we were happy to see her spring back so quickly! By evening she was happy and energetic. She even took her medicine willingly as long as it wasn t early morning.

I was not told when I called to set my dog up for his shots that an annual exam was going to be completed. I was a little taken aback with the extra $65 fee and that I was charged along with the price of his shots. Moving forward, I would just like to know what I will be paying for upfront so there are no surprises.

I love this office. You always have the food we need for our cat and always get us in if we have any concerns. Friendly staff and great doctors!

This was our first visit since moving to Georgia. Everyone was super friendly and efficient. I was impressed with the respect they showed for my opinions and preferences regarding care for my 2 dogs. We will definitely be returning for any future needs. Dr. Thompson was GREAT as were all the staff. The only reason I gave a 4-star on office facilities was the initial waiting area for dogs was a little small/crowded when there were 2 or more patients/dogs waiting.

I have been going to Braelinn Animal Hospital since 1998. Dr Baggett, Dr Rickard and Dr Thompson have taking care of all 5 of my dogs since then and I won’t take them anywhere else!! Love, love, love you guys!
