Long wait time to be seen, with our dog we ended up in cat side exam room. Wait time for everything seemed excessive, maybe because appointment was on a Monday?

I really wanted to love your facility. However, I felt like unnecessary tests were requested and in the end I was charged a small fortune ($468) and I didn’t even go forward with the Xrays the vet wanted for another $160. This was all because my dog came in with nausea after being boarded for 24 hours. It was odd how the appt was handled with the vet tech being the go-between the vet and myself and my dog always being taken away to perform tests and exams... After I had answered all the techs questions the vet came in and spoke to me briefly but didn’t explain anything. After getting home and calling around other vets, I was charged double for what other vets in PTC charge for the same tests. I have never been so disappointed after an appointment. I will never come back even though you are the closest vet to my home. I felt financially taken advantage of.

I especially liked when Dr. Thompson was on the floor with Max. It reminded me of my vet in WV who we just adored. He was one of a kind. Dr. Thompson also listened to what I had to say re Max. Max is my everything. He seemed to relate not only to Max, but me also. I think it is important for a vet to not only care about the pet, but also the owner. I like Dr. Thompson.
