Dr. Thompson always gives my temperamental pet his patience, time and attention. He takes his time and explains things thoroughly to me. Some of the charges and procedures are quite costly because I’m on a retirement income. Everything else about Braelinn Animal Hospital is wonderful!

Love Dr. Thompson and all the office staff - occasionally have a bit of a wait before and during my appointments but always feel like received excellent care and time to speak with DVM.

Never disappointed-from front office staff to docs-top notch. Very flexible scheduling is appreciated as well.

We love Braelinn. Wallace is so comfortable coming there and is not fearful at all. I also enjoy it, staff is friendly, explains everything well, and non-judgemental. Great experience for our family and pet!

My dog gets so excited to go see her friends at BAH! They are thorough and not in a rush. My family has taken all our animals for over 15 years and there is no better Vet in PTC or Fayetteville.

The amount of time from when the Doctor leaves and the assistant returns with meds needs to be reduced.
