Five stars all around. It was our first time at the clinic and we were very impressed and happy with all the care for our new puppy. ??

The staff there are wonderful. On the way to the clinic my dog had a rather large poop in her car seat and got it all over her feet & legs as well in the seat. Not only did the staff clean her up they also took the seat apart and washed it. When I picked it up later, it looked brand new. THANK YOU, LADIES

This was our first time here with our two cats. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Very gentle with the cats. Explained all the shots and exam. Went over pricing. We will definitely be back for their next well visit.

Everyone was very nice, but I felt like you wanted to grow my bill. If I said I boarded my dogs or if they went to get groom maybe you suggest the Bordetella vac. I have personal experience and friends who had there dog get that shot, and it did not work. I explained this. I felt like the doctor did not listen to that. I did appreciate the call the next day and the sympathy cards. But I need someone who is not pushing me into things just because .

Everyone we see at Colonial is awesome! They really care about my concerns and the well-being of my dog, Millie, and do everything they can to make her (and I) comfortable. I especially appreciate that Colonial was able to get us in quickly due to a vaccine required to board my dog in a few weeks. Love Colonial and will always recommend this vet to anyone!!!

The staff at Colonial is incredibly friendly, caring, supportive and thorough. We are so pleased with our pet s care-even in the midst of a total renovation of the clinic. I can see why it is hard to get an appointment--who wouldn t want to experience that type of care.

I am grateful for the team to treat Bodhi under a special circumstance, as I had a work commitment. Bodhi has been able to get relief for his ear infection. Thank you for being so wonderful, kind, and generous. Bodhi is doing better and feeling closer to his bodacious Bodhi self. Thank you.

first time at Colonial vet and I was happy with the care. The ladies were all very nice and the doctor explained what she was doing and why. She and the tech were very gentle with my kitty so she was tolerant of all that she was going through even though she of course was nervous. My only negative is that perhaps you are a bit more pricey than others.

I think the construction has been hard on everyone but the clinic team is always wonderful and although we were there this time for a tech appt we were greeted by name by Laurie and briefly greeted in passing by Dr. Walker who was headed into another patient room. The clinic is very clean in spite of the construction!
