All staff was caring and very pleasant. Love my vet team.

Everyone was kind and worked great with my cats. Especially the cat that was uncooperative.

I was unable to figure out how to complete the above. All my answers would be excellent. I was super impressed with the facilities and all the personnel I interacted with.

I would like to come to the vet and not be pressured about routine tests nor questioned why my dog was not neutered. It was super uncomfortable and felt aggressive. I also realized I was required to get a heart worm blood test in order to get our annual vaccines which makes no sense because the results weren’t back before the vaccines were administered. After 6 years, we will be finding a new vet.

The doctor and the staff are very professional and friendly. You can tell they care about the health and well being of your pet.

I have had beloved pets all my life and I have never been in such a wonderful and most gracious office as Colonial. The entire staff is there wholeheartedly. I like Dr Brown and will never see Dr. Lowe again. Read notes going back to Beau’s cancer diagnosis in September of 2022. I only gave the place a second chance because of the staff! They are and have always been very helpful and friendly. The constant upselling annoys me and if wasn t for the front desk and staff and all my records being there I would leave.

We really love the treatment and care we get. Every experience has been wonderful.
