Had a very difficult time getting an appointment. Had to call numerous times in order to get someone to call us back. Also had difficulty explaining that we needed to get a medication sent back into our pharmacy as none was sent originally. However, Dr. Low is a wonderful vet and very attentive and understanding about our dog. Remembers things about him and is a shining light of what we think a vet should be. She keeps us coming back. Thank you! The staff on the day of our appointment were also wonderful. Wish I could remember all their names to give them props!

I love this place from making an appointment to everybody that work there. They are friendly and so kind to the animals just a great bunch of people that work there. The veterinarians are very knowledgeable, professional who you can tell love animals. I really can’t say enough about this place other than if you’re looking for a great bunch of people knowledgeable vets go there, I would recommend Colonial veterinarian to anybody that loves their pets and wants good care

Dr Brown is not very personal. She speaks but does not bother to look at you. Ahe also does not take the time to read the chart to know history

I would happily recommend Colonial Veterinary Clinic to anyone, the staff and Dr s are all excellent and the practice is cleaner than any other that I have seen. I have nothing but good things to say!

I would have like to have seen a better summary of the visit. Rather than including it on the invoice, it should be a separate document. It should include next steps and advice on overweight cats. The invoice was difficult to read in HTML. A PDF with your letterhead would be better.

As always everyone was wonderful kind and caring, even with my difficult pooch.
