Overall, a very good experience. We have been with Colonial and Dr. Hott, for quite a while, but the new staff members were very nice/ very good. My only concern is while I never considered Colonial an inexpensive vet, I feel the prices may have increased with the new group. We are giving this aspect serious consideration.

Dr. Walker and Kelly were wonderful to work with. I had to bring Daisy in because of her vomiting,and they were able to get me in the same day! The whole staff was great and explained everything before they did anything. Thank you all for the great care in getting Daisy feeling better!

Why go anywhere else for the pet you love

This was the first time they met Buddy he is 13 1/2 and has been with us for about 16 months. Everyone was nice,kind and caring. We were taking him to HSHV where we adopted him but they are so busy. Buddy has found his new primary care provider. Thanks to all.

You have such a great staff!!! Throughout the 10 months since we got our puppy they have been so helpful every time I talk to them. Really just fantastic, I can’t say enough! Dr. Walker has been wonderful this week as we have been in twice. So patient and willing to spend time explaining everything.

I would like to see someone answer the phone every time I call. Several times it has gone into voicemail and I had to wait for a callback.

We asked for our dog s nails to be trimmed while she was there for boarding. My husband said he waited about 5 minutes for this request to be entered into the computer. This service was not completed and I did not realize it until I had already returned home. This is the first time that a service that we have requested was not completed.
