When we went to Midland Animal Clinic, Midland, MI prior to moving to SE Michigan, they always did a complimentary nail trim, which was appreciated. We get our dogs groomed every 3 months or so, and their nails grow quickly. Since Reece’s nails are black and some of Brooklyn’s are, too, it’s difficult to tell where you’ll hit blood when trimming. Thank you for wanting feedback.

I did not like the new policy of taking pets in back for blood work and nail trims. I am glad that Dr. Hott did the blood draw in the room and let Matthew take Winne in the back for his nail trim but have to admit that if I was not familiar with the vet tech I would not want him to leave the room.
