Everyone is so friendly and helpful from the front desk, the assistants and Dr Low. Friday was my first meeting with Dr Low and I was so pleased with how she handled Bella. She was thorough, gentle, and caring. I will be boarding Bella this coming week and Dr Low and Kelly were very good at reassuring me that all the staff will love on her each chance they have. This will be Bella’s first time away from me since I adopted her. I appreciate knowing everyone will pay special attention to her.

Sometimes we don t always like what we hear, not because it s not correct, or the appropriate next step for the wellbeing of our pet, but we know it s going to be hard...like breaking our three cats away from their beloved tuna for Arthur s 8-week food trial! But, we are already seeing some improvement in Arthur s behavior, so we re sticking with it. Thank you for your care of our pets over all these years.

My daughter and her fiancé helped me bring in Kasha. They were most impressed with everything and remarked they wished they lived closer to bring their dog to you. Do not change!

We couldn’t be happier with the care and concern we received for Sketchy as brand new clients as well as being new to the area. We were able to get an appointment same day, even a late afternoon appointment & the staff didn’t rush due to it being late in the day. They took their time and were paiteint with Sketchy. Staff & Dr. were also very thoughtful with calling the next day to follow up with how he was doing, good or bad. Overall a wonderful first experience and we feel very comfortable bringing our pets here and that they will receive the best care while there. Thank you!
