I appreciate seeing familiar faces since Dr. Hott retired. I board Morky and she regresses from her pad training after being at Colonial and there is no evidence that she gets reinforcing treats or a gnaw bone while being boarded. The staff is the best and I regard you all as neighbors. I’ve always loved that you walk the dogs through the neighborhood!!

Prices are very high and are the only reason we would consider looking elsewhere. Love everything about the clinic, but the prices are quite challenging. Think about discounting the appointment fee after the bill reaches a fee hundred dollars? Or a punch card system of some kind? Prepaid Wellness package that includes certain services at discount?
