I m concerned costs aren t comparing favorably with other local veterinarian offices. A few friends have left Colonial and I will say my recent $500 visit has me checking on more cost-effective options. I appreciate the willingness to work with me on payment. Service is excellent but it s something where I don t think I can afford to remain.

During this pandemic, everything has changed. We are grateful to everybody at Colonial for going above and beyond to ensure that our pet s needs are met. You all made it easy, and safe. I would like to give extra kudo s to Kristen for making our little girl Maxine feel safe and comfortable during her visit. I was more than a little nervous about how she would react when it came time for her to leave me, and go into the office without me. Kristen is just outstanding with Maxine, and I really appreciate that. I think it is also a wonderful thing that you call to follow up on Maxine after her appointments. Our pets are family to us, and it means the world to us that we can have so much faith in your whole staff to care for them. Anytime I have someone ask for a reference, I always feel comfortable referring Colonial Vet to our friends...

I rang them upon arrival to their parking lot, they came out to retrieve my 2 dogs and I waited in vehicle I payed over the phone. Very responsible service during this social distancing.
