We received an automated call the night before our appointment instructing us to bring a fecal sample. We were then charged the next day for a test we did not ask for regarding the fecal test. Then we were expecting to just get shots to bring our pet up to date on her shots but were given another heartworm test for an additional charge.

When I get sick, I would like to be treated there. They are top notch, from the people in the front, the people in the back & the ones working in the kennels. Love everyone there.5 s all the way.

This was the first time meeting Dr. Trout and I was more than impressed. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had my 3 year-old-daughter with me and he talked to her and let her hear our dog s heartbeat, and interacted with her. I really appreciated the time he took to talk to her and engage with her. I was so happy with the quality of the service I was provided!!!

This is the 2nd time bringing my cat to you and I couldn t be happier with the service. The doctors have been wonderful, as well as, your entire staff! My kitty is happy too!!!

Everyone at Bel Air Veterinary Hospital is very friendly and welcoming and they know our dog by name which very thoughtful and means a lot to us.

I thank you for working with so that Chloe could be seen. As always the staff was great with her and myself.

I had an emergency with my year old puppy and called the office to see if I could get her seen promptly. They were more than helpful in getting me in at a moments notice. I was very upset since my puppy had swallowed a needle and thread. They took her right away for an Xray and she was scheduled for surgery for the removal. Everything turned out well for the puppy. We have taken all our dogs to the Bel Air Vet Hospital over the years and always been more than happy with the care and concern given to us.

The entire staff was wonderful and considerate. Everything was explained and staff took time to answer my questions. I also want to share that I was delighted to receive a follow-up call two days later. Thank you for continuing to take great care of my furry girl.

If it s possible to have a good experience at the vets, it happened with Bel Air Veterinary Hospital. Staff friendly and extra helpful. Loved getting the printout of what happened that day and what is going to happen at the next appointment. Very positive, and I am grateful to have found Bel Air Vet!
