The vet and vet technician at Bel Air Veterinary Hospital were professional and caring toward my cat. They took the time necessary to complete a thorough and comprehensive exam of Pixie while being compassionate to her fear of being at the doctor s office. This was the first time I took all three of my pets for a check up alone after losing my husband last year. Your staff helped me get them all safely back into my car. They also asked how I was doing and helped me save some money on preventative meds etc. I walked in to your office overwhelmed that morning and walked out with ease. Thank you again for everything. Belair veterinary hospital has always been nothing but professional in the years I have been going there. First with sonnie & when he developed diabetes- they made sure I knew everything about it especially how & when to give him his shots. At 11yrs old with diabetes, blind & debilitating arthritis they helped us help him over the rainbow bridge. They help me take of sonnie s brother Scottie who can be a little difficult to handle sometimes - he is 10 yrs old and a rescue. We recently got a new addition to our family - Trixie Lee a 10 week old King Charles spaniel/jack Russell mix. I knew exactly who I wanted to help me take care of her! They welcomed her with open arms & hearts. Everyone is always so nice, respectful & very good at making everyone - pets & humans - feel so very special.
