Everything was great

This was our first visit with our new puppy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and answered all our questions. We are very happy we chose you as our vet!

Through the years we have rotated through all of the vets at BAVH and met all of the staff. Everyone is always friendly, helpful and professional. They treat our pets with respect and take time to listen to our concerns, answer questions and ensure we understand things clearly. So very grateful for the care and friendship given at our times of loss. We wouldn t dream of going anywhere else.

We appreciare that Dr. Young and her tech were so accomodating to our lab by doing the entire exam on the floor instead of the scale. Dr. Young was very knowledgeable and helpful. 5 out of 5 stars for her.

My dog is a new patient and from the moment we walked through the door we were greeted by friendly staff! The doctor was thorough and took a lot of time with us. I did not feel rushed and he had great follow up. I am glad to have my best friend treated by such caring/professional individuals!

We love you all - everyone is always friendly and helpful. Over the last week or so we received some sad news about possible bone cancer for Scooby. Dr Brooks has gone above and beyond with answering my questions and returning my phone calls to answer my questions and Dr. Stevenson was great at exploring all options for Scooby prior to us going to CVRC.

I was very pleased with the care of Tinkerbell from Dr Dave and those who assisted and the super friendliness of all the staff. I found it to be a very pleasant and well informed visit regarding Tinkerbell s health issues. Dr Dave explained thoroughly the results of the tests taken and the treatment options.

Just transferred my 2 golden retrievers records this summer from Churchville Vet when Dr. Wenzel left the country. We had been going to Churchville for over 20 years. Our 12 year old golden couldn t walk this summer. I couldn t get an appointment with our previous veterinary clinic for 5 days, and was able to see Dr. Schmidt the next day. After testing and medication prescribed, she is up and around and still going strong. So happy with your veterinary office. Everyone is so kind and pleasant. Love, love, love Dr. Schmidt. The staff is always wonderful. They take time to speak to your pets if they are passing by. And they are always kind and understanding when it is called for.

Everyone was very friendly, understanding and helpful. My cat, Stevie, does not like being at the Vets at all. She is absolutely panicky and crazy. The staff handled her very well and with much care. Thank you so much for all your respect and care.
