Excellent care for my bird. Dr. Burcham was pragmatic in recommending treatment for him and the bill was very reasonable for the services performed. I was straight into an exam room with little waiting. Very good care.

We ended up taking Koshka to Blue Pearl where they ran some test and we decided it would be best to uthenize her.

I wasn’t told the price for the Seresto Collar until it was cut and put on my dog, I found it online for significantly cheaper so unfortunately I spent $90 when it is $54 online free 2-day shipping. I have to take off work to come in for a tech appointment since those are not made on the weekends.

The staff did a great job of explaining their recommendations & the procedures occurring the day of. The entire process went well.

Sue was great! She showed me a new way to get Lemmy to take his medication by wrapping him in a towel, which was really helpful and new to me. The doctor, who I hadn’t seen before, was knowledgeable and got to the point quickly. Thank you guys for getting us in so fast and on short notice. You all are the best.

My appointment was so good! You guys are right on par with what I was looking for. I feel so happy you guys believe animals should be on grain free food. I fought my other Vet on this subject for years. The other Vet said my animals should be on a food that was full of corn! I’m also really glad you all know that coconut oil has great benefits for animals. My other Vet made fun of me for giving it to my animals. I’m extremely happy I made the change because you guys are awesome ??

The women at the front desk was kind of rude and when I called to make an appointment, I was told everything included in the wellness check would be free because I adopted my pet from KC Pet Project. When it came time to pay, I was surprised to have a bill for the fecal test. It was fine, I paid it, but please have someone explain that to the next person. Other than that, the Vet and Vet Techs were amazing and wonderful and I will absolutely be back.

Thank you to EVERYONE who helped take care of my Boo Bear and who helped rehome her with a new fur baby parent(s)! Also Wolvie thanks you too - he is doing better/less stressed each day. We are working on getting Igby back in the game with the twins. In the mean time, thank you all for being so wonderful to our family and for helping us with our emergencies and getting everyone healthy and happy!

The only negative part of our experience was the tropical bird that made a lot of noise which kind of freaked out my dog. But, I don t suppose there s much that can be done about that. Thank you!!

I cannot day enough good things about Dr. Lu. She thoroughly explains everything, answers all of my questions and diagnoses/treats very appropriate. I do feel the techs can be aggressive when it comes to vaccines/treatments (while the Dr isn’t?) I still love this office so much and would 10/10 recommend this office to anyone and everyone.

I felt this was close to an emergency situation for Shadow but Dr Lou saw him, consulted with Dr Runnels, made a cast of his leg while under anesthesia for the X-ray. This way I could send the cast off sooner. Very, very happy with the service I received; couldn’t have asked for better.
