I don t know how you would improve. I am so glad I found your practice.

I had to wait two weeks to get in which is a very long time. I hope if it s a more urgent matter next time I can get in sooner. I was very happy with everything else though. I have a very happy kitty and wish I brought her to you sooner!

I am always very satisfied with the care my pets recieve at this office, and I have recommended the office to friends. I ve had several cats in the care of these vets and I trust them implicitly. I ve seen several of the Drs and they always are keen to help and I feel give very good care and attention to my cats.

You guys are great! Keep up the good work!

I don t trust anywhere else with my fur babies. The techs and front desk staff are always great. Dr. Runnels is by far the best vet I have ever had. Don t know what I would do without you all!

I so appreciate Dr. Dodson, she has helped Trevor so much. He loves going to Mariposa. All the staff is very kind and helpful. I feel blessed Mariposa Veterinary Wellness Center is there to take care of Trevor. Knowing he is their highest priority at every visit. Thank you, Gloria and Trevor Logan

I m strongly considering making this office my primary care providers for my guinea pigs. The staff is efficient and very kind.

Mariposa is our back-up vet. We d already established a relationship with another facility, but I always go to Mariposa for alternative medicine for our dog with allergies. All staff members have been extremely friendly and helpful, and provide good information about alternative care. This last visit was last-minute, as our dog had an allergic reaction that lasted longer than I expected. We were leaving town in a few days, and they squeezed us in for an allergy shot. Even though we visit only about twice a year, the receptionist mentioned that they anticipated our arrival because they love Riley so much. He loves to go there - whined in the car when we were getting close. He s always excited to go in!

I cant thank you ALL enough for being so kind to me and my precious Duck. I learned so much and she is doing so much better already. She is taking well to her new diet and I owe it all to you. Thank you for loving our furry families!

I love Dr. Burcham, she has always been kind and knowledgeable and treats my Sheba, with the utmost care. I really appreciated the tech that assisted Dr. Burcham this last visit as well, she was very gentle. Now what I didn’t appreciate was the receptionist telling me what they were going to do, that it’s been a year and it was the law. I’m sorry, but I made an appt for wings, beak and nails and it hadn’t been a year since we were in, so that did not set well with me. I’m the customer, I’m paying the bill and what I want done for my bird. Overall, I’m very happy with Mariposa and specifically Dr Burcham.

I wiah you had one day with late hours or an optional walk-in on Saturday for those of us that work during your normal operating hours.

I absolutely love Mariposa. My beagle, Hank, sees Dr. Burcham, and she is so wonderful to him. With his floppy ears and newly-discovered allergies (thanks to the staff there!), he s had some ear infection issues and other skin issues, and she s always found time to squeeze him in, even on very short notice. I cannot say enough about all the staff there — helpful, kind, thoughtful, thorough. They truly care about Hank, and I trust them completley.

#7 is not applicable since we have been going to Mariposa for several years now and already knew it s payment upon delivery of services. Fortunately not a problem for us. Kind of difficult to describe #1-3 as Excellent vs. Satisfactory...can t help some of that. I could have just as easily checked Excellent I suppose.

Lloyd was picking up fluids for Louie & took his son & dog Ruby along.his son was concerned about a growth on Ruby. She was seen promptly(didn t have appt) & thankfully it was nothing to worry about! Thank you so much! You all are the greatest!
