I just want to say that I am exceedingly happy with the care that is provided by Dr. Runnels. This has sold me on the practice, despite it not being close to me. The rest of the staff is also extremely friendly. Really it feels like everyone at Mariposa cares. Thank you!

This is the best vet experience i have ever had! I couldnt be happier to be part of the Mariposa family. Dr. Dodson is so kind and loving and spent a lot of time with me and my pups. I felt my pets were in safe and honest hands and they sure got a lot of healthy treats and kisses and ear rubs! Thank you so much to everyone at Mariposa. I am grateful to know there is a clinic that truely cares about my pets well being in a holistic and natural and less is more kind of medical practice.

I was very impressed with being able to get in sooner after leaving a message for the doctor. My original appointment was about two weeks out. The facility was clean, staff friendly and the room we were in was large enough to feel comfortable and at ease. I noticed the calming pheromones being used in the room, a nice touch to calm animals. Took time to allow my cat to feel at ease and took time to listen to me as the owner with out feeling rushed or put off. Thank you for wonderful service !

Dr Runnels is knowledgeable and compassionate. I love her common sense approach. The staff is fantastic. Totally worth the drive from the Northland!

Dr. Lu and the veterinary technician did awesome with Winston. His best visit in the past couple of years. They gave him time to warm up to them.

This was our first experience with Mariposa and we were very impressed. The only thing that worries me is that you seem very busy and I don t know if I will have trouble making appts in the future. Sometimes you need to see a vet right away and a 10 day wait is just too long. The docs and Brooke were wonderful! Lovely facility, too!

Dr Sheila Dodson and her Vet Tech Susan are the best. They take the best care of our cat and we value their knowledge and expertise.

AMAZING allergy consultation with Dr. Carrier. I ve been searching for a vet that I love for four years and I finally found them. He is the only vet I ve talked to that knows anything about a raw diet and was willing to go in-depth about nutrition with me. That is certainly not something I ve ever seen. What a huge help he was, can t wait to see you all again!

I ve noticed one staff member who always seems a little less than happy when dealing with customers. I did not work with her this visit, but I have in the past. During this visit, she was asked to help at the counter and she huffed while making her way over, and she never seems to smile. Sorry, I don t know her name. I just thought I d share that I understand every job is stressful, but when dealing with pet-parents and their anxiety being high due to bringing their pet to see the doctor, having a happy friendly staff is really helpful. Dr. Runnels is so good to our boy. She always takes the time to answer our questions and address our concerns. The front desk is always helpful and efficient.

I ve been to a couple other vets in the KC Metro and you guys, by far, know the most about my guinea pigs. The staff is kind, professional, and genuinely helpful.
