We had adopted a stray kitten. I wanted to be seen as soon as possible in case he was carrying a diseae and exposing my cats, but as I assumed, he is perfectly healthy and about the age I had guessed. The doctor and I discussed the situation and agreed completely on how to handle his care as well as that of my other cats. I have recommended Mariposa many times and will continue to do so.

This was our first visit with Dr. Carrier. He took the time to answer all of our questions, and he really seemed to care about the well being of our dog. I was very impressed by him and the staff.

Dr. CARRIE was wonderful with my new kittens. They felt comfortable as did I. He answered all my questions and made sure I had all the info I needed to know what is best for my 2 new family members.

Sue is one of my fave vet techs and we had the benefit of getting to see her on Saturday. We were in and out easily and quickly. It’s always great to come in and see everyone!

Someone had had an accident in the lobby prior to my arrival, but it seemed to have recently happened. Just seemed like they hadn’t had he opportunity yet to get to it. No worries!

We only wish we had followed friends advice and changed to Mariposa sooner! We have told many people about the clinic and how much we appreciate how you all truly care about our furry babies .

Very pleased with Dr. Runnels. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns. Ringo came in for a potential eye injury. Medication improved his eye completely.

Grateful for Dr. Burcham. She did a fantastic job with Comet during his exam, has been proactive, provided after hours support, and communicates regularly. Thank you!

It seems that lately Shadow’s visits are emergency ones and I really appreciate being able to have him seen quickly.

I am very happy with the veterinary services provided, but there are so few vet and vet tech appointments available that don’t conflict with my work schedule. I would love to see you have later hours at least one day per week and/or more Saturday appointments so that I wouldn’t have to miss work every time I come in. Scheduling is especially difficult when one of my pets has an issue that should be attended to within a few days, and I have to wait a week to be seen.

Your office is absolutely the best, thanks for all you do.

We loved our visit with Dr. Sheila!! She is absolutely wonderful. Her tech was great too. The comfort room made a big difference for my anxious dog. Look forward to laser therapy.

Dr. Carrier was AWESOME!!! He worked me in and took the time to talk to me and discuss options. Then after running some test, he called me and advised of options and spoke to me about each of the tests run. I couldn t have asked for anything better. I was really impressed that he took the time to talk with me in depth. Highly recommend Mariposa and Dr. Carrier.

It s always a good experience, especially when I can walk out with a happy puppy

Dr. Lou is amazing. She continues to make me feel comfortable and educated on all of the decisions I make regarding my dog. The techs (which ever the last tech I have had the last two times, she has never introduced herself) is extremely rude. If she continues to not agree with my decisions to not vaccinate my dog every time I’m in the office or to not neuter my puppy then she needs to not be in my room. She argued with me telling me I was breaking the law for not vaccinating my puppy when I was in a couple months ago while Dr. Lou didn’t have a problem with waiting a little longer. If Dr. Lou (and the other doctors I’ve seen) weren’t so amazing I’m not sure I’d continue to come back.

The front desk staff complains among themselves about the workload more than they should and they seem to have an annoyed attitude almost every time I am there.

The first vet that actually listened and helped tremendously. As a fur mom it’s hard not knowing what else to do and after leaving I felt like we still could help our fur baby. I even called the next day asking help about dog food. He stayed on the phone with me 20 min helping me figure it out and then offered supplements we could also try once he settled with this new food. I’m so beyond grateful we finally found a vet that helped and hopefully this is the end with us searching.
