Everyone makes the experience comfortable for the humans and pets through patience, communication, and care. Our dog, Dobby is always calm in what normally can be a very stressful situation for animals. Thank you for the quality service and mindful practices.

I was very thankful that a simple vaccination was given at a quick, last minute request on my part. I had a class for my dog to attend in a couple of weeks and the Bordetella needed to be effective by then.

My only regret is not making the switch to Mariposa sooner! I’m especially thankful for the option to have titer testing done instead of blindly over-vaccinating my pets each year. We have primarily worked with Dr Carrier and to say he goes ABOVE & BEYOND is an understatement. There have been many times where I am sure he is working well past standard hours in order to make a follow up call and/or to answer questions/concerns. He has a calm, welcoming presence, and is incredibly thorough, never making me feel rushed. He interacts with my pets as if they are just as important to him as they are to me. I also appreciate his well-rounded knowledge and approach to pet wellness, and his ability to clearly outline all options available for treatment whether it be traditional, alternative or a balanced combination. My interactions with the office and support staff have also been pleasant - people simply seem happy to work there and it comes through when they talk to you. I highly recommend Mariposa Veterinary Wellness Center.

I am always pleased with my appts and the care that my pets receive

Our cat Bieber s lives to have issues on Wednesdays when Dr Burcham is off. I spoke with the front office staff who were very helpful and they in turn spoke with Dr. KINNON. We were able to get Bieber s in ro be seen that day and get a plan of care implemented. Dr. Kinnon was very thorough, explaining all options. We are always pleased and grateful for all staff at Mariposa and the great care they give our pets.

Dr. Carrier and his staff made Libby feel very comfortable. Their being to get on the floor and interact with her and the lack of those horrible metal tables are great st making my pet feel comfortable. Libby is a happy kitty after visiting Dr. Carrier and his staff!’

Dr.Burcham was wonderful in trying to help our Bernese Mountain Dog with a behavioral problem.

Dr Runnels was so accommodating in switching appointments around so that My girl could be seen quickly. She has a wonderful warm and compassionate way with the animals. She communicates equally well with human parents too!

I would suggest you work with your phone operator. I did arrive early by an hour. The operator had no compasion nor did she offer humor in my situation. This is not the first time she has been COLD to me on the phone. The doctor and the rest of the support staff were excellent!

So extremely grateful for the medical staff’s patience with my dog. I am extremely grateful for Dr Carrier and additional staff

Dr Runnels is excellent, my dog is nervous about vets from an issue with another vet when she was a puppy. She’s 4 & still is concerned about what is going to happen. DrRunnels took lots of time & patience to keep her calm. I used her with my older dog, but when I got this one I couldn’t get in for puppy shots , so I had to try out someone else…that won’t happen again! They are great & I like that they explore alternative treatments if needed. Thank you for excellent service & care of our babies!????
