It has been difficult to make appointments for my dog especially in the last year. I appreciate the opportunity to switch between doctors if needed due to availability. The wait time outside has been too long in the past but was good this time. I know all the vets love our pets so this is just a reminder ... we are bringing them in because we care and sometimes we are judged for our decisions. But we are doing the best we can. This is an overall comment - not specifically for this most recent appointment. Thank you for existing! The community needs vets like you that support alternative and natural options when appropriate.

Dr Burcham is always so kind and considerate with my dog and his difficulties. Having Saturday appointments with no other dogs around is amazing and helps ease our stress. She is amazing!

My dog is still suffering with his problem; and Dr. Carrier spoke with me over the weekend following the day he saw Shado. He spent a good amount of time explaining things that we could persue for Shado s comfort. Thank you so much for not leaving me on my own over the weekend with a very uncomfortable little dog.

Really my only complaint is your office is so busy and it’s hard to get into seeing a doctor. My adult dog has to wait to be seen until March..

Quick tech visit. Had to wait about 15 min but I was also about 10 min early and they warned me they were understaffed that day so really only 5 last my apt which was totally fine. Free stitches removal and I stayed outside so most of these questions are not really applicable. Quick and easy visit. Very happy with Mariposa

I had to wait weeks for an appointment for a vaccination. Otherwise, I am really pleased with the service. I worry if my dog is sick, will I be able to be seen quickly?
