With birds it seems by the time I make the appointment, the bird needs fast help. Each time I ve contacted Mariposa, they ve accommodated my birds situations. I can not tell you how much I appreciate this, and all of the birds I ve brought in over the past few years are doing great!! Thank you so much.

Dr Burcham is wonderful. She is caring and very knowledgeable. She listened and answered all my questions. She is personable and friendly. I would highly recommend her. The staff and technicians are also very kind and friendly.

I waited 3.5 months to be a 1st time customer. Love what you stand for and the philosophy here. That said for multiple pet owners, it would be difficult to afford. Especially with geriatric dogs that it s recommended to have every 6mo visits. I personally cannot afford $650 every 6 months. This is just for 2 of my 3 dogs. Again, the philosophy here is spot on. Loved my visit and the vet was awesome! Love the facility and staff has been very kind, but the cost take a big hit

It was easy this time... thank you for squeezing me in...i was worried about my dog. Couldn t wait til august for hw and titer tests for other dog so had to go elsewhere this time for him.

I love this place just wish they had more doctors or expanded to see us more frequently. We are still sharing our pets with multiple vets due to tight schedules. This particular instance our pet was seen almost immediately but usually it is 2-3 month wait.

I LOVE all the doctors and staff. I’m so thankful I’ve found your practice. It is very hard to get appointments in a timely manner. But I do understand that you are trying. I appreciate everything you are doing!

I ve never been to a vet where they tried to interact with my scared and anxious dog. That was interesting. My dog became more and more fearful of the vet because they immediately muzzle and restrain her as she tries to run away.

I was a little disappointed Dr. B had not reviewed Biggie s and Marie s histories, which I was told had been sent from Great Plains SPCA. I rated the ease of being seen low because it takes so long to get a routine appointment. However, I have been fortunate in that I have no knowledge of getting an emergency appointment.

It is extremely inconvenient that the office continues to not allow people to enter the building for check-in and service. Given the current situation with COVID-19, including the CDC guidance, local officials guidance, very low cases and vaccination levels in our community I am hopeful that you discontinue the current protecols soon.

Dr Burcham is so kind to deal with our very mentally disturbed German shepherd. She is excellent and always provides good info and explanations.

We all including furbabies love Dr Dodson and Marposia! Everyone there are professional,caring,informative. We are forever clients!

Good job considering the ongoing difficulties of COVID and the transition back to some normalcy. Dr. Runnels and staff were outstanding.

It took 8 weeks to be seen, but when Luna got in. The staff and doctor were amazing.

Dr Carrier was great, he called me first to discuss Sawyer s issues and then had me run her up to the office so he could see her. The rash was bad so very happy she did not have to go through the weekend miserable and in pain. Thanks so much for getting her in and taking care of her!
