The Comfort Room desperately needs a makeover! Since the practice professes to be fear-free, triggers for canine anxiety should be removed such as the dog statues, stuffed animals, and pictures. Visual barriers should be available to use on the east windows overlooking the parking lot. Additionally, the room feels overly cluttered between the huge plants, old decorations and books, and too many chairs. Lastly, the old rug should be replaced with a modern memory foam/anti-fatigue mat that can be easily sanitized.

5 star in every respect. Staff is outstanding. Friendly and compassionate. Pets happy and not stressed. Doc is great!

This was my first time visiting Mariposa Veterinary Wellness Center. Although the visit was unexpected, the doctor and staff made it a pleasant experience.

I couldn’t ask for more! Thank you for tending to Elmer. We both left feeling loved. His eye seems to be improving and he is adjusting well to our home.

I realize COVID is making it difficult to have a direct conversation . It has been hard because we are highly concerned about a potential Heart diagnosis. Having an in person conversation with the Dr. could feel reassuring .

Best Vet clinic in town. Dr. Runnels is honest, transperant, and has always accurately diagnosed and treated our four dogs. And when it was time to say goodbuy to one it was handled with ultimate love, dignity and understanding. We thank you for all!!!

Mariposa Veterinary is an amazing facility. Just due to COVID is a bit difficult to schedule appointments. Nevertheless, I sincerely appreciate the difficulty of staying open and working in these challenging times. I know that once health crisis is resolved the hours and scheduling goes back to normal. This was our first visit with Dr Runnels (as we usually see Dr Carrier) and she was wonderful. I appreciate everyone at your office - the vet tech was also incredibly friendly and helpful. I’m so pleased with Mariposa.

Dr Dodson and all staff always provide quality personal care for our dogs. They take precautions required for the pandemic and spend the time necessary to resolve any issues. We appreciate Mariposa.

The only issue was how long we had to wait for the first available appointment. And that is completely understandable given the current climate. Every other aspect was stellar!
